The location was a perfect base for visiting Umbria. It’s a quiet and relaxing hotel with beautiful views of the valley. Breakfast is amazing and it’s a great spot for dinner too!

Air-conditioning wasn't sufficient and we couldn't sleep. The fridge was not working - no cooling whatsoever and contents remained at room temperature.

Not a 4 stars hotel.

Hotel restaurant was very good

The double bed was made with 2 single ones attached together, during the night the 2 divided and you could fell into the void. Very uncomfortable. Room was not very clean, we found a dead bug hidden behind the curtains. Staff was very welcoming, particularly waiters serving breakfast and at the restaurant. Breakfast, however was very poor compared to the prize we paid for it. Not a 4 stars hotel, you expect so much more if you are paying for that.

A very lovely hotel with just a few unlucky experiences that affected our stay. Worth a visit

Beautiful views nice little pool area with c10 sun beds and other terraces where you could enjoy sun and views

we had no hot water the first two days but the hotel did a great job to fix it our room neighbour left their dog in the hotel room and it barked all day. the hotel apologised and it wasn’t their fault but it was very disruptive. there was a festival when we stayed but we didn’t know anything about it until the music didn’t stop until 23.30. it’s a one off but a polite notice to each room would have been welcomed. the staff seemed very busy all the time. they worked very hard. maybe they needed more staff. we had to wait a long time each morning for the breakfast buffet to be refilled and I always felt bad if I had to ask the staff for anything. they didn’t seem very happy but I think they were just busy as the hotel was full. breakfast was hit and miss depending what time you arrived. All the basics were covered. I’d have liked more fresh fruit but we struggled to find any good breakfast in Italy unless you love sweet pastries

Unique historic hotel and amazing views

Beautiful medieval tiny town perched up on a hill. We were there on a monday in October so everything was closed but we had an amazing dinner in the hotel's restaurant. Amazing food, service and views in an atmospheric setting. We were given a large supercomfy room with a huge bed. 100% recommended!

Our lovely stay in Bettina

Quaint and old fashioned in the centre of Bettona. The woman who worked in the beauty centre in the hotel suggested which type of treatment I should have and gave me a wonderful massage. She was very professional and gave me loads of health tips. (Sorry, I can't remember her name)

Several adjoining buildings with lots of stairs to go up and down!! We had to go from one building to another through a courtyard to get to our room

Great stay in Bettona

Amazing building from the 1300, room was comfortable- air conditioning was not really powerfull. The view from terrace is breathtaking, the swimming pool perfect for some relaxing time! Breakfast and restaurant good, nice service and good food!! Relais perfectly located as 20 mins driving from both Perugia and Assisi.

L'agencement entre l'hôtel et le restaurant , manque d'indications surtout quand on arrive , on est perdus , compliqué pour s'y retrouver et pour trouver quelqu'un...Personnel gentil mais débordé , du coup c'est compliqué aussi d'avoir ce que l'on a demandé....

Tolle Lage für viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage in Bezug auf die Aussicht! Es gibt eine Dachterrasse mit Liegen. Auch genügend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Es gibt sogar einen Pool. Das Frühstück nimmt man im Wintergarten mit Aussicht ein.

Der Pool ist extrem klein. Der Wintergarten war sehr kalt und wurde erst mit Ankunft einer Reisegruppe geheizt- Zufall?

Struttura fantastica, ottimi anche la colazione e la cena in ristorante! Molto bello anche il piccolo spazio con la piscina dove potersi rilassare in tranquillità assoluta. Personale cordiale e disponibile

La Spa è composta soltanto da una sauna e da un'area relax, forse un pò piccola e non adeguata al prezzo. Comunque molto ben curata!

“Relais? Solo sulla carta”

si salva solo la location e il panorama, il resto nulla di come descritto.

Struttura lontana dagli standard di un 4 stelle: doccia che praticamente è una vasca con tenda in plastica, colazione senza frutta fresca né prodotti di qualità, piscina inutilizzabile per più giorni (giudicate voi dalla foto...secondo loro il Ph della piscina era conforme agli standard!!!), birre servite calde al bar e climatizzatore rumoroso. Di “relais” non ha nulla. Parcheggio limitato a 3/4 posti, ma pubblicizzato come servizio garantito. Non tornerò.

Bellissima vista, personale cortese e ottima struttura.

Bagno in camera senza doccia adeguata. E' presente solo una vasca con vetro laterale per trasformazione in doccia. Molto scomodo sia per entrare che da utilizzare, soprattutto il doccino non raggiunge un'altezza che consenta utilizzo come doccia.

Hotel che gode di una straordinaria vista sulle meravigliose colline umbre. Colazione varia, di qualità e sostanziosa. Camere pulite e ben tenute Personale ristorante molto cordiale e disponibile.

Se devo segnalare un "problema" sottolineo la poca disponibilità di parcheggio in assoluto, sia in prossimità dell'hotel (quasi nullo) che in Bettona stessa. Unica nota dolente
