The breakfast was excellent, they serve us what we asked for. Bacon, eggs, toasts, fruits etc. Simonetta and Marco have been wonderful and helpful hosts. Lontano da tutto e vicino a tutto

Posizione invidiabile e isolata su un altura di quasi 500 metri slm con una vista stupenda sulla valle del fiume Topino. Abitazione tranquilla circondata da ulivi e viti, lontano da tutto ma vicina a tutto: con poco tempo si raggiungono tutti i principali siti di interesse della zona, da Gubbio a Spoleto. E poi Marco, grande conoscitore del territorio in cui vive e lavora, ci ha dato con grande disponibilità informazioni e indicazioni utili per fruire al meglio della vacanza. La colazione è decisamente abbondante e di ottima qualità (noi abbiamo optato per la colazione classica all'italiana, ma volendo si può fare una colazione salata). I componenti della famiglia sono sempre stati estremamente disponibili e gentili, facendoci sentire molto ben accolti. Così come molto ben accolta è stata la nostra cagnetta, che poteva spaziare ovunque volesse (ovviamente con il dovuto controllo da parte nostra). Insomma una bella vacanza nella natura e tra borghi e paesi di una regione che abbiamo riscoperto veramente fantastica. Grazie a Marco e alla sua famiglia.

Delusione

Posizione panoramica, cortesia all'arrivo

Abbiamo scelto questo B&B a fine agosto attratti dalle tante recensioni positive, purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata molto diversa. L’unico aspetto che confermiamo è la bella vista panoramica. Per il resto, già all’arrivo abbiamo riscontrato trasandatezza negli esterni. La camera assegnata era priva di finestra, con porta d’ingresso coperta solo da più tende anti-insetto improvvisate. All’interno abbiamo trovato il WC incrostato, segni evidenti di umidità sui muri e copriletti macchiati. Con la mia famiglia abbiamo deciso di non soggiornare e rinunciare alla somma già pagata, perché i problemi riscontrati non erano a nostro avviso risolvibili sul momento. Rimaniamo molto perplessi sulla forte discrepanza tra i giudizi positivi letti e la realtà che abbiamo trovato: siamo persone che viaggiano spesso, senza grandi pretese, ma quanto visto non era per noi accettabile. Nulla da dire sull’accoglienza personale, ma la distanza tra aspettative e qualità effettiva della struttura è stata troppo grande.

solo 2 notti, eravamo di passaggio, un vero peccato non aver potuto fermarsi di più.

Ottima posizione, una vista quasi a 360°, gestori molto alla mano e disponibili ... difficile trovare di più!!!! Colazione ottima abbondante, piacevole il terrazzino panoramico dove risvegliarsi 'abbracciando la vallata', gustando una briosche calda con un caffe (per chi piace c'è anche il salato). Grazie per averci fatto sentire come a casa .

La mia esperienza è stata condizionata da un imprevisto ma, comunque, non avrei dato un giudizio positivo. Il posto merita molto ed è un peccato che dei dettagli rovinino un po’ tutto. Nella camera non c’è l’aria condizionata e ci può stare, ma il non poter nemmeno aprire le finestre perché non ci sono le zanzariere proprio no. Un misero ventilatore non basta. Una sauna non una camera. Un piccolo frigo poi nella camera ci vorrebbe. Probabilmente non avrei dormito tutta la notte per il caldo. Esterno veramente poco curato. Mi dispiace per una recensione negativa. Evito sempre ma in questo caso spero serva a far notare delle mancanze che, se risolte, darebbero molto lustro alla struttura

Splendida location, gentilezza, accoglienza migliorabile

La struttura si trova in una posizione magnifica, da cui si gode una vista spettacolare che abbraccia buona parte della zona tra Assisi, Cannara e oltre. I proprietari solo molto gentili. La camera è a piano terra, cosa per me molto importante dato che ho qualche difficoltà di movimento. È stata ben accolta anche la nostra cagnolona e ci è stato consigliato un ottimo ristorante in zona.

Purtroppo, come spesso accade, i letti non sono all'altezza delle aspettative. In questo caso, se il materasso e l'ampiezza potevano essere accettabili, i cuscini e la biancheria assolutamente no. I cuscini rovinatissimi e tutti bitorzoluti come questi possono trasformare un bel soggiorno in una notte insonne. Inoltre il minimo che mi aspetto in un alloggio sono lenzuola di cotone, lavabili a 90° e un coprimaterasso, mentre qui mi sono ritrovata con un lenzuolo sintetico molto scivoloso, e al mattino mi sono resa conto della totale assenza di qualunque cosa tra il materasso e il lenzuolo di sotto. La colazione è decisamente migliorabile. Praticamente solo croissant surgelati. Siamo in Umbria, una fetta di pane con un filo d'olio buono, una fettina di salame locale o di pecorino mi sembrano fattibili. Il posto merita moltissimo, ma è necessario un piccolo miglioramento.

Disponibilità dei proprietari alla flessibilità oraria.

La camera non era insonorizzata e posizionata di fianco alla cucina/ sala per la colazione quindi la mattina molto rumorosa. In doccia non c’era possibilità di appendere il microfono. Il copriletto e/o il materasso/cuscini erano probabilmente molto polverosi perché ci siamo svegliati entrambi con molta allergia. Colazione con solo prodotti confezionati del supermercato e nessuna scelta.

Panorama mozzafiato sull’Umbria

La struttura è una casa di campagna con un ampio spazio verde antistante e una vista mozzafiato su Assisi e in generale sulla valle. Marco e Simonetta sono due host fantastici, hanno accolto noi e i nostri cani in maniera inappuntabile e ci hanno offerto preziosi suggerimenti sulla zona. La colazione ci è stata preparata con amore e cura dal padrone di casa che ci ha accolto con il camino acceso e dei cornetti fragranti. Torneremo sicuramente !!!! Grazie di cuore🙏🙏🙏
