Wouldn’t stay again. Convenient location but accommodations didn’t meet expectations.

Close to U-bahn

Beds were uncomfortable- very firm and bedding had stains. Towels very thin and rough. Did not meet expectations for a 4 star hotel.

Location

Very rude staff member asked us to stop talking as lady was playing Harp in the open bar. We were residents of the hotel but left to have a drink somewhere else. If you want to provide a private music show you shouldn’t do it in the main bar

Very central location near most of the main attractions. Very good breakfasts and helpful staff. I had been at the hotel 15 years ago on business and it still maintains the same standards.

Main restaurant didn't have an English translation easily at hand. So we didn't visit it

This ia a very m, clean well-located hotel. They give you a free ticket for public transport. There is a kovely scandinavian sauna and the breakfast is truly magnificent.

Ideal hotel for exploring Hamburg

Decent hotel for two nights.

The location was very good, close to the city centre, the staff very welcoming and the entire hotel had a very pleasant look to it. Also liked the fact that the entire room was clean.

There wasn’t any possibility of fully opening the windows. Something that really bothered us was that when the lady came for cleaning the room, she took out our hotel card from its spot, therefore cutting out power from our room ( we had food in our fridge)

Nice room, excellent location

Some members of the staff were unfriendly and far from helpful. Others seemed to be trying but blamed their colleagues for being “overruled”. And all for the small matter of some missing bedsheets. Unprofessional. In general, a smile and some positivity would go a long way.

We felt welcome immediately, all of the staff, everyone smiles and acknowledged us when we came in and out. Great location too. The room itself was a bit too hot but maybe we didnt figure out how to use the cooling and warming system

Confortable and calm rest in the busy city of Hamburg!

Very clean room, confortable bed good bathroom. Location very calm but still close to city centre. 2 train stations nearby and one U. Staff were really helpful. As an extra they provide you a ticket for public transport that we didn't need but could help you anyway great stay. They also lend us an umbrella as it was really rainy.

I enjoy the small boutique style of the property, the location convenience, selection at breakfast was also good.

I wish European hotels offered wash cloths in the bathrooms as opposed to bringing my own. When I requested some, I was told that there were none; but on the last day I then discovered some in the WC in entry level..

Comfortable great stay

The room accommodated comfortably the four of us. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the location allowed for easily stroll around Hamburg without taking public transport. However, the Hotel also kindly offered a transportation card for all the members of the family. We would recommend this hotel.

It was a two night stay to enjoy the city after our cruise.

It was a short walk to the lake and to City Hall. There was a very nice German-style restaurant a few doors away. You may catch the Hop on Hop off bus right in front.
