Staff were very friendly. Had a fault with the kettle in my room (kept tripping the electrics) so rang reception to ask for replacement. One was provided to my room shortly after and had no problems.

Lovely staff, and an easy walk to the town (5 mins). Clean and easy. Nice bed, which was comfortable. Quiet.
Smelled of bleach. And there was a very bright light from the "emergency lighting" box on in the room all night, which made sleeping difficult.

Good location for the castle in the park concert 10 minutes walk
Bed was not comfortable mattress needs replacing chair needs replacing toilet door did not lock no breakfast and it was 80 pound for one night first stay here was good this time not good
