Wonderful location, easy access, money's worth, spacious room and clean environment. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Near to public transportation i.e. bus stops.

The location was good for access to town and Charter hall. It was nicely decorated and the bathroom was clean. The shower was particularly nice.
The card access made it feel secure and safe. The night porter was very nice as well.
The room was very hot. Though a fan was provided it was loud. Only 1 window out of 2 would open. Outside was very noisy which we expected some noise being in the main part of town. So this meant if we closed the window to help with the noise, we would overheat. If we keep them open we are kept awake because of the noise. When finally we fell asleep after the noise had subsided we were woken up by council workers moving the bollards and bits outside at 3:30 in the morning.

Good location. Good sized room.
Room needed fridge with water for the price of room. Coffee machine, biscuits and hot chocolate. Details count. Bed needed topper and softer pillows. Premier Inn has better beds.
