About this house rental

Le case sono situate vicino al centro a due passi dal mare in an area molto tranquilla da do potrete vedere da vicino scimmie, iguane e tanti tipi di uccelli. Immersi nel verde della giungla tropicale potrete godere di giornate in totale relax. La casa è fornita di due camere with aria condizionata e ventilatori al soffitto, a bagno with lavatrice and doccia with acqua calda, a cucina completely attrezzata with microonde, refrigerator, a piccolo forno per toast, gas cooker with 3 fuochi, a frullatore, coffee maker, piatti, pentole and stoviglie.
I saw a terrace with tavolo and sedie per rilassarsi with the wonderful view of the jungle, an external doccia, spazio per il barbecue and a swimming pool.

VERY clean property. All as advertised, just note that Casa Iguana is the apartment above the second house at the back of the property. Very nice owners, they leave on the ground floor below and are full of “spot on” advices for activities in the region. Amazing howler monkeys came to eat the papaya tree leaves in front of our balcony, such a stunning experience. Proximity to Samara beach and the small but quiet patio over the natural reserve are definitely the highlights of this rental!

Very friendly, available, and accommodating owners. Ten-minute bike ride to town. Very bumpy dirt road. Make sure brakes work on bikes.
