About this house rental
Duplex houses with the option of renting one or both, 400 meters from Playa Carrillo (Nicoya Peninsula), known as one of the 5 best beaches in Costa Rica. Beautiful white sand beach, worthy of the prestigious Blue Flag.
Playa Carrillo is full of palm trees and its peaceful environment makes it the ideal place to relax and unwind.
The Space:
Each of the houses has 2 rooms with air conditioning and fans, equipped kitchens and a very cozy common area.
Space for 6 people in each house, with the option of 2 extra people in a sofa bed (2 kids or 1 adult).
The kitchen of each one is fully equipped for 8 people.
BBQ grill in the common area.
Pets are allowed (ask the owner).
Guest Access:
The houses have a deck next to the pool overlooking the forest where you can see the different types of birds such as limpets, parakeets, etc; also other animals such as monkeys and iguanas.
On the other hand, they have their own parking under roof and private security.
Additional Information:
Tours of jetskis, kayak, snorkeling, sport fishing and tour of dolphins and whales are offered.
Playa Carrillo is located 3 kilometers from Sámara Beach, which is quite developed, so you can find a variety of restaurants and bars. It is also close to beaches such as Nosara, Punta Islita, Camaronal, Corozalito and others renowned for their beauty.

Pia and her family were so very kind, friendly, and accommodating to our group of 5. The house was truly beautiful and exceeded our expectations! It was so nice to have a pool to cool down in after hours of playing on the most beautiful Playa Carrillo. This home is a great value for its location, size, and state of the art architecture and technology. Thanks again Pia and family.
