About this house rental
The Perfect Beach House for Your Next Vacation!
This spacious and comfortable house is located just a short walk from Carrillo beach.
The house has 6 bedrooms and can sleep up to 22 people, making it perfect for large families or groups of friends. Each room has its own private bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room. There is also a large backyard with a pool, perfect for relaxing in the sun.
The house is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay! The house is large, comfortable and spacious. Its social areas are ideal for large groups of people. It has 3 floors, on the first floor there is the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, a minibar space, and the sliding doors that lead to the terrace and the pool area, where there is also one of the rooms of the house with a slightly more independent entrance. On the second and third floors there are two rooms on each floor, and the sixth room is located outside the main entrance, with a totally independent entrance to the house but always within the same property. Each room has its own private bathroom. The terrace area has a small wooden deck ideal for socializing, meditating, reading, organizing small events or even taking personalized yoga or Pilates classes. The pool area has sunbeds, a small living room and another dining table, as well as a space with a barbecue that forms an ideal social area to share in a group.
The house is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, bath towels and pool towels, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and everything that guests may need to have a worry-free stay.
We offer daily cleaning service if the guest so requests (except Sundays and holidays). We also like to make the experience easier for guests, and we can recommend them the best tours and activities in the area, as well as cooking or massage services that come to the house.
About Carrillo area:
The house is located in the center of Playa Carrillo, very close to the beach (approximately 400mts), this beach is absolutely beautiful! Is wide, full of palms, natural shades, and the ocean is usually warm and calm, which makes the beach a safe place. The house is also close (walking distance as well) to several restaurants and a small but very well stocked supermarket. The area is pretty safe; however, we always recommend leaving the house closed and don’t leave valuable items visible in the car.
There's a lot of great activities to do around such as: horseback riding tours, kayaking or stand up paddle, surf lessons, sunset boat rides, snorkeling, hikings and some more. Ask us for details!
Samara town is pretty close and it's worth it. Its 20 minutes away driving and you can find there a great variety of restaurants and shops. The beach is beautiful as well and is great for taking surf lessons, the sea is usually warm and calm.
Last but not least, we have a golf cart that we rent daily so you can go to beach and explore the area easier. If you are interested just lets us know in the inquiry and we will provide you all the information. It’s a plus for your stay!

Great location to access multiple beaches!

We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids the house was bigger than our needs and easily catered for much bigger groups. For us it was perfect.
Check in was simple and easy communication with host. We had a issue with the pool and the problem was solved the same day and the host responded immediately.
Our Spanish was very poor so communication with the house staff was difficult and some requests lost in translation but they were there when called upon.
They were very helpful the day we left when we noticed we had a flat tyre on one of the cars.
The house itself is wonderful, our 3 kids (8,11&13) loved the pool as did we and the beds were very comfy.
The amenities within the property are as described and the kitchen has every appliance you can think of.
The fridge freezer leaked everyday but worked well enough, the host was made aware and using one of the many towels each day was sufficient enough.
The location is excellent there are a few places to eat with an amazing Argentinian restaurant just a short walk away which we highly recommend, it’s fantastic food.
Samara is only a 10/15 min drive which is full of everything you’d need with beach bars, surf lessons pharmacies restaurants etc.
The nearby beach of Puerto Carrillo is stunning there were cool boxes in the house to take food drink with you on the 10 min walk or very short drive down to enjoy sunset or a day on it as we did.
Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to any big group.

The property owner arranged all transportation for us and put us in contact with the Kenneth who prepared all meals for us, purchased groceries and alcohol for us, cleaned the bedrooms upon request, and helped us arrange yoga! The house was incredible and the pool was a great amenity. One thing to highlight is that Kenneth’s services and transportation should be paid in cash so make sure you bring enough to cover this! We would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed the location of the house. It was close to the beach, convenience stores, liquor store, coffee shop, pharmacy and plenty of restaurants, which made our stay really convenient. For the price we paid though, we were hoping for higher level of cleanliness both inside and out. We understand that the pool can be difficult to maintain with so many trees around but the outdoor furniture had noticable layers of dust. Inside, the house could have been cleaner as well. It felt dusty and some of the sheets had stains. Overall, the stay had potential because of the great location but a bit more attention to cleanliness would have made a big difference.
