About this house rental
Good sized family home with three bedrooms, all en-suite, and separate half bath. The house sits on a large lot with a mature tropical garden. It has a comfortable combined internal living/ dining/ kitchen and a large covered terrace with additional lounge and dining areas, including a barbecue. This is a beautiful area for relaxing in comfort, with a usual nice breeze and ceiling fans when needed, and where we spend most of our time.There is a nice outdoor pool with adjacent paved (coralina) patio with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

We really enjoyed our stay, the only negative would be the drive up to the house. The road is in terrible condition which is out of control of the owner. The property manager was very helpful as well. Howler monkeys very close by and the resident Iguanas were great companions.

Our family stayed in this beautiful home and we were so pleased to be there. Our positive experience began with friendly and informative advice from the owner and continued with a happy and accommodating property manager.The house is really nice. We loved the relaxed and pleasing decor. The entire home is bright and soothing and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great - just a few minutes out of town (a car is necessary). We enjoyed lounging on the patio, feeling the breeze and admiring the iguanas and hummingbirds. The pool is perfect for a cool dip. We felt we were surrounded by nature, yet we weren't secluded or remote. Loved the shower in the master bath and the bidet!The only thing to note is that the WiFi is unreliable and you should expect interruptions. I heard this is a general problem in Samara (although our experience with internet access in nearby coastal communities was completely reliable - so I'm not sure why Samara has issues).The town of Samara and this home were the highlight of our trip - Highly recommended!
