Surrounded by tropical gardens and natural beauty, this cozy, single-level home offers the perfect space to relax and reconnect with nature.

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is a beautiful natural oasis, with the best samples of Costa Rican plant and wildlife right in your back yard. Lots of privacy! The gorgeous pool is right around the corner and is well maintained. Our teenagers made regular use of the weight-lifting equipment in the gym. The house is clean, although could use some paint touch up here and there, and maybe a few new frying pans : ) The WIFI didn't work for the first couple of days but the issue was resolved by the Internet company. Thank you to Georgina for prompt communication throughout our trip!

We had an awesome time in this house for holy week 2021. The house is in very good shape and very spacious. The amenities of Tierra Pacifico are great (pool, gym and yoga deck) and it's location is very good, a lot of cool nearby beaches. Would definetly recommend to friends...
Only two things didn't go our way:
1. The AC of one room started dripping water at night, it was a bit uncomfortable for the people in the room but not a big deal. That's easily fixed by the manager.
2. The cleaning crew didn't clean the leaves at the ranch because they said "they were going to be back there in some minutes because of the wind"... A thing that isn't true because we ended up cleaning ourselves and didn't happen. Also, if that do happens you should pick the leaves in a trash bag and take them away, not just sweep them 1ft outside the ranch...

The house was very nice and big with a very nice yard. The couches and beds were comfortable. The AC units, washer/dryer and showers all worked well. The neighborhood was nice and had a nice outdoor pool area.
There were several things that appeared to be out of practice. First there was not a microwave available nor working coffee pot. The interior floors had a layer of dust on them as well- which I understand can be common based on the dust from the road.
The pool area was nice but needed some repairs as several of the pool stairs were missing tiles and wire netting was exposed. Additionally, the light in the pool was open/ disconnected from the casing.
