After 2 extremly succesfull long term rentals, the time´s come to welcome you in this generously proportioned 144 qm2 (1550 ft2) / 3 bedroom residence with nature views, located only 15 minutes by foot within a level stroll to the sand and surf of beautiful Sámara center/beach or 20 minutes walk to wild Buena Vista beach.
The floor plan encompasses 2 cozy bedrooms in the main house and one extra separate unit that can be used as a guest house or office with plenty of room for study, work and sleep. Spacious, clean house. Close enough to the beach and town to walk. AC in all the rooms and ceiling fans in all the outside seating areas made the house a nice oasis from the heat. Howler monkeys in the trees around the property was a nice touch!

Wonderful stay! Loved the location and the house is very comfortable and roomy. Easy charming walk to town and the beach. Beautiful charming area and Luis was a fabulous host, amazingly quick to respond and helpful with recommendations, etc. Great snorkeling at the north end of the beach near the house. Howler monkeys and all kinds of birds provided lots of entertainment. Loved the pool. Safe and comfy and very clean. I am 5 feet tall and the kitchen and bathroom counters are high, built for taller people, but this did not distract from my enjoyment of the property. Highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed our time at this house in Samara. The host checked in with us on our stay to make sure everything was going well. When a remote control wasn’t working, they quickly had someone come out to fix it. The laundry washer and dryer were really nice to have. You can walk into town from here. We felt very comfortable and would happily stay here again.
