Welcome to Unit 3, our private 2-bedroom beachfront house at The House of Waves in peaceful Playa Garza, near Nosara.
Surrounded by almond, coconut, and banana trees, this relaxed home sits just steps from the sand. Enjoy ocean views from the kitchen and porch, beautiful Pacific sunsets, and the calming sound of waves throughout the day.
The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable indoor and outdoor living areas, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and plenty of space for families, friends, surfers, and nature lovers. The main bedroom has air conditioning for a comfortable night’s sleep; the second bedroom and living areas are naturally cooled by ocean breezes and fans.
Guests also have access to the shared air-conditioned shala, living room, and yoga deck. Swim, surf, take a boat trip, explore Playa Garza, or simply slow down and rest beneath the trees.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available as a gift when the calendar allows. Traveling with a larger group? We also have other beachfront cabins on the property.
