The house was comfortable, warm and generally well equipped. It was situated in a very nice quiet location with pedestrian/cycle track leading to very good local shops only 10 minutes walk away, and to a bus stop with direct access to the city centre.
The check in procedure was somewhat tedious; the property manager required extra forms to be filled in on line over and above over the information already provided to Booking.Com, plus there was an additional and unexpected security deposit or waiver to be payed. All information was provided in the form of online links (potential security risk) and the key code was only provided a few hours before arrival.

Lovely comfortable house in nice location. Close to local shops and easy walking distance to bus stops.
The wifi was a bit intermittent

Clean, spacious, off road parking, 2 sofas & offer of double or 2 single beds
Netflix was a bonus

The garden was a mess full of weeds & piles of earth & the garden chairs were dirty & one was broken.
Kitchen equipment was tired & a bit basic.
There was no response to my 2 emails which they said they hadn’t received even though I sent them in reply to emails they had sent me 🤷🏻♀️
