Clean and the perfect stopover!

The layout was great and felt private. The property was really clean and the breakfast bits were brilliant! It fitted all 5 of us in and the dog, the kitchen was small but had everything you needed. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay

The accommodation was lovely and the welcome pack was wonderful with lots of variety of food and drinks. It was clean and well presented. Having a garden was nice.

The sink area in the kitchenette was too low and meant i had to keep bending my head and body to accommodate this.

Family stay

We liked the cozy conservatory, the shower room and the garden were all lovely

We were unaware you had to go through the lounge which we had to use as the second bedroom, to get to the main bedroom. Not much privacy for those using the lounge. The kitchen was cramped and not user friendly for a taller person. Our car was damaged by neighbours broken fence, blew into car in the wind damaging the wing mirror.

Quiet and cosy, with good parking, close to Norwich city centre

All info was provided pre-stay with easy access to the key and parking. We enjoyed a good range of breakfast options, especially the fruit teacakes! The accommodation was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with good Wifi, and is close the ring road so easy to get to everywhere we needed to :)

Everything! The property was lovely, had all the ammenities you could need, was located in the perfect spot. The owners are so nice, it was lovely and quiet, you wouldn't even know you were attached to a bungalow!

This is a fabulous annex with everything you need. There is a beautiful conservatory to sit in the morning having your morning coffee which is great if you’re using the lounge as a second bedroom you still have somewhere to sit.

We felt that we had actually stayed at a friends house because of how kind Mel & David were.

The ease of using the key lock was great as we unfortunately arrived far later than we had expected due to the weather. As soon as we entered it felt so snug and welcoming as you could tell the Love that had been put into the annexe.

Just a very tiny observation ......the number of the property could be made clearer on the outside wall.

Fantastic, convenient out-of-town-centre location with lots of space to stretch out

This was a real find. My work colleagues were all staying in the centre of town but I was able to be near our evening venue and I could park up at no extra cost. I could have happily spent a week in such splendid, spacious surroundings, not just the single night that I had. The room was wonderful, there was plenty to eat for my self-service breakfast and all the pre-comms - including the code for the key - all went smoothly. Many thanks David and Mel for a great stay. I'm tempted to book a flight from Norwich Airport just so I can bring my family here and stay once again!

Stunning accommodation, abundance of breakfast choices

The high quality decor, clean, tidy comfortable beds and sofas. Outstanding walk in shower and modern bathroom, superb fitted bedroom and excellent bedding. Well equipped kitchen with fantastic attention to detail given the range of breakfast products for us. A real gem, outside space and parking too. Lovely to receive text from owners, checking all was good, completely respected our privacy.

Fantastic accommodation, can't faulty it at all. Hosts were very friendly and the communication was perfect. Very clean and modern accommodation, breakfast was unexpected but included a range of cereals, breads, jams etc...Off road parking was a big plus as well, very close to the accommodation. Pub close by that served great food. Perfect stay

The location was perfect for what we needed (Roarr! Blickling Hall and Norwich city). The amount of space - great to have use of the conservatory whilst we were there. With 2 teens it meant they could have their own space. The breakfast supplies were great - cereal, milk, pastries, jam/marmalade, cheese plus tea/coffee and sugar. Great communication from the owners.

This is a very welcoming place and has everything you need for your stay. The hosts were very understanding as we arrived very late due to traffic, only stayed one night due to a funeral the next day but would love to go back and stay longer. They were also milk in the fridge and a love range of cereals, croissants, jam, marmalade, nutella, marmite, butter pain au chocolat, capri sun, tea, coffee & sugar

Unfortunately, because we were so late getting there, my sister got cold, and there was no way to turn heating up. I assume the heating is operated by the main house. But when the heating did go on it was very warm & lovely

Very handy location, clean and tidy, great breakfast, comfortable main bed, very lovely place to stay. Super friendly hosts who were happy to answer questions and check ed we were okay. Would definitely visit again.

The futon my husband slept on was a touch hard but it wasn't a major problem.

What I needed

It was perfect when you have a teenager and need space. For the price of a hotel room, there were two rooms to sleep (sofa bed in living area) bathroom and kitchen. Location is good for both the airport and exploring Norfolk. Breakfast ingredients are supplied so you can wake when you want.

Nothing really important. The living room futon is being replaced, so future stays will be more comfortable for my teen.
