Very near to the City Center. Good for Couples

The Host is one of a kind. Very easy to reach and very helpful and considerate. Very near to the city Center. Everything provided by the host even some extra travel toothbrushes and toothpaste etc. Thanks 🙏🏻

Nothing much but just a bit of advice need more Big Mirror in the main room. Otherwise almost perfect

The £300 security deposit came as a shock to me

It was a good location and the price was okay, minus the £300 security deposit.

I would not recommend this for a weekend away, mainly because of the £300 security deposit you have to pay on top of the room charge, which I've never experienced before. This was returned quickly after my stay, but still I was worried about it the whole time. In addition, I was asked to pay the large amount only five days before they expected the payment, which was not a long time. When I said this is really surprising, the host told me I can either pay the deposit, or I can cancel, but I will be charged the whole stay if I cancel! So I really had no choice. The deposit should be much clearer on the booking.com page to avoid anyone else being put in this position. I wish I had chosen another place to avoid the financial stress, particularly during this cost of living crisis.

Quiet Hideout in Exeter

I would not call it an apartment. It is a terrace house, with a side entrance to the upper floor. The house was cold. The thermostat was not running. There is hot water. There were four of us. Only given three towels. The kitchen was good. The bathroom was excellent with furnished soap, shampoo and toothbrush set. Does not equip to sleep four persons.

The cold environment. The thermostat is not functioning. No place for the fourth person to sleep. One person was without a towel..

Perfect price location and flat

FurnishedI can only give it a 5*. The price was great, the location was great, the apartment was very clean and simply furnished. But it had everything you needed and the space was perfect. I prefer an apartment simply furnished than 1 with hundreds of things to break. The staff were also excellent to deal with

The wifi. But we managed. It's something that needs to be looked into and if you're trying to work on it, it won't be enough. Still 5*. The lady I dealt with Victoria said this would be looked into.

Wonderful stay!

I really enjoyed my stay in a very clean cosy morden and comfortable apartment! Great location it is very close to city centre! This is my second time to find a great place through Life 2 Short company. Thanks Vicky and your friendly team members. I would highly recommend this place!

Comfortable and good location

A comfortable and well presented flat. Provided with essential toiletries which was helpful. Nice touch to have milk and chocolates left for us.

Would feel more professional with white bedding instead of black/grey. Thick rugs make it difficult to open and close the doors but are comfy under foot. The sofa bed wasn't made up before our arrival.

Lovely apartment, really comfortable bed and great location. Check in & communication all good.

It was lovely having a separate bedroom & kitchen as we had a young baby with us which meant that we could relax in the evening instead of all being in one room.

The only concern for me was the fact that the apartment was located up a set of stairs which had no stairgate and with a young toddler just walking this was a huge concern. We managed to find items to block the stairs but this made it slightly more difficult for us to get up and down. Not a huge issue as we found a workaround but it would be good to have something available to use.
