Cosy Cottage has a very good cost-value ratio compared to other offerings in Exeter. It is spacious and equipped with all essentials. It is also surprisingly quiet although it is adjacent to a busy road to Exeter. A private parking space is available if needed. A small supermarket is 2 minutes walk away which provides food, beverages and daily requirements. The bus stop with frequent services to Exeter city centre is opposite the shop. You can reach easily St David railway station in 15 minutes by foot or more infrequent bus services..
