Nice, simple and affordable

Cosy Cottage has a very good cost-value ratio compared to other offerings in Exeter. It is spacious and equipped with all essentials. It is also surprisingly quiet although it is adjacent to a busy road to Exeter. A private parking space is available if needed. A small supermarket is 2 minutes walk away which provides food, beverages and daily requirements. The bus stop with frequent services to Exeter city centre is opposite the shop. You can reach easily St David railway station in 15 minutes by foot or more infrequent bus services..

TV could be a bit bigger, but it had plenty of channels and it's not a complaint, just a thought

Great place to stay and will definitely be returning when back in the area!

It had everything that we needed (Including Tea, Coffee, Milk and too many chocolate biscuits if there is such a thing) and was very clean and more importantly very warm when you needed it to be! Instructions and communication were second to non and thank you.

The TV could have been a bit bigger but you actually got used to it and wasn’t a problem at all.
