It served its purpose. It was somewhere to sleep. In a ah

Location was convenient for Sidmouth folk festival and the price was fair. It hadn’t been hiked to astronomical heights like many others.

The description claimed that it could accommodate 5 adults. I booked for four,. My wife and myself and my daughter and her husband. It wasn’t made clear that for us all to sleep there , we would need to use the sofa bed in the living room. This was uncomfortable and the open staircase meant there was no privacy at all.

Great little property for a stay near Exeter

Very clean. Beds were super comfy. Quiet location but great for access to Exeter town centre (would need a car) and surrounding beaches and moors. Great to have a parking space.

Pleasant stay

The property was spacious and comfortable. There was a little garden to enjoy the sunshine. There was a functioning washing machine. The location was perfect for my needs, including being close to numerous shops. However, it’s probably a little far from the city centre if you’re visiting for leisure. The owners were lovely and welcoming and checked in during my stay to make sure all was well.

The electric shower worked only half the time. However, there was a separate shower head in the bathtub so this was not a problem, and the owners were quite willing to come help fix the issue if I wanted it. Some small things could be improved: the hoover was not very effective, there was no clothes rack for the laundry and some rather useful kitchen supplies (like a spatula, for instance) were missing. However, these few things did not significantly impact on the overall comfort of the place.

Very comfortable

The property has a private parking space at the back, it's spacious, well furnished, and a great value for money. We let ourselves in based on the information provided by the host, without the need to go through manual checking-in, which was a nice surprise after a long journey.

The power shower has a very limited supply of hot water; it goes out of order once the hot water is out and the usual shower head has a very poor water pressure, but you can make it if you're patient.

Whilst it was convenient for our needs the property is overrated and we would not stay there again.

Location was excellent as it was close to the airport. Being able to use a washing machine was good. These are the reasons we chose the property.

Property overrated as stunning. Private courtyard was overgrown and had rubbish on the grass. Bin in the kitchen contained rubbish from previous occupants. Main bed was barely made and looked as though the sheets hadn't been changed. No free to air TV and couldn't even turn the TV on in the bedroom. Heating was inconsistent throughout the Property. The main shower head is faulty as it keeps dropping down making showering difficult. Parking is very tight and we were lucky there were no other residents using the space.

Ancora parecchie cose da sistemare, casa in evoluzione, interni da migliorare e giardino spoglio, peccato per la mancanza della lavastoviglie. Molto difficile gestire la temperatura della doccia.
