Plus as our guest you get to enjoy all the amenities of the resort such as the lazy river, splash pool for the kids, 2 other large pools, tennis courts, fully equipped exercise room, on site cinema, arcade games, and family restaurant.

- 8BR - 10BR homes: park up to 5 regular vehicles
Others:
** Pool and SPA Heat Fee $45 per day after tax, must remain on for the entire duration of the stay, if requested. Please request pool heat at least 5 days before your arrival.
** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.
Additionally, there are convenience stores near to the resort for any last-minute items and treats.

We really enjoyed staying at this location. Everything was up to par for me and my family. Only issue I would change is the walls need fresh paint job due to the many scratches and the housekeepers could clean the baseboards. Besides those two things, everything else was great.

Pros: easy check in and check out, close to Target and Publix, affordable
Cons: dirty (carpet, walls, furniture), closet and laundry doors are off track, neighbors played loud music until 2 am, gates open to whomever drives up, the pool pictured is around the block and requires driving or a long walk from the townhome, smells musty, aggressive drivers in the parking lot.
Overall, you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for an affordable place to keep things while at amusement parks, this is it. We appreciate you hosting us but will not return.
