Beautiful Villa, very welcoming when we arrived Lovely location Very clean & spacious Communication was excellent and responses very quick Communal Pool & Facilities were very useful Very clean & tidy neighborhood with bin collections daily Recommendations A Ceiling Fan on the outdoor Terrace would be a fab addition In the welcome email with address, add to visit the Main Manned Gate (with address) on for first arrival to gain a keycard for the barrier, the Villa address takes you to the nearest gate which you cannot gain access from without a keycard.

Nothing bothered us, very minor but the Downstairs Bath plug doesn't hold the water keeps emptying. Fridge water filter requires replacing, notified us during our stay.

Daily garbage pick up Pool temperature and size was great Every bedroom had a bathroom suite Gameroom Plenty of TV and entertainment Plenty of sun in pool area Plenty of towels for bath and pool Clubhouse area, cabanas, food, whirlpool and lazy river were excellent Walking paths to clubhouse were close to house Grounds kept very clean

No guest book Poor checking directions Wrong contact phone number given Response was slow Some bed mattresses were uncomfortable and noisey Close proximity to neighbors No pool handrails for seniors or the handicap Clubhouse Cabanas were expensive to rent Coffeemaker leaks bad Not enough large dinner forks
