Stay was good. We were there for a volleyball tournament with 3 other families, so it worked well for what we needed it for.

The property looks just like it does in the listing. The property was absolutely spotless. I will definitely be visiting again. Also my contact Fred was great and patient. He answered my emails and phone calls when needed for questions. The only downside, which has absolutely nothing to do with the property is that GPS needs to update there directions to the property.

The photos accurately depict the property. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded, and about 20-30 mins from Disney World. We had a few issues with cleanliness and the pots and pans. The pans had been scraped so badly that the Teflon was peeling off the sides. Our contact Fred responded after about three phone calls and he bought a new set of pots and pans for the property. We reported the lack of cleaning, but no one responded to our phone calls and texts. There was hair everywhere. No room appeared to be swept or vacuumed. The showers and bathrooms were full of stray hairs. The floors in the kitchen and living room were not mopped. Our socks were filthy on the first day. The pool area had not been cleaned either. We found used band-aids and swept up two piles of dirt and trash from the pool area. The ice maker did not work properly and had mold. The place could definitely use more towels and washcloths, as we ended up purchasing our own. Also, the couches need to be sanitized better, they have a smell that can only come from many people sitting on them and no one spraying afterward. A good shampooing of the chairs, couches, and rugs would go a long way.
