This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa boasts everything you need for an unforgettable vacation with your family and friends, Close to theme parks, shopping mall outlets, restaurants and supermarkets, offers its guests comfort,& fun! The home has a private pool, fully equipped kitchen and a Game room upstairs. Children will love to sleep in the Cars and Princess bedrooms. Housekeeping
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

No specific pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter general when days are short, pool heaters may struggle or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer.
The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (24 hours) to your arrival.
Without optional pool heat pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect "bathtub temperatures" during or after Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.
Unfortunately, we are unable to activate / deactivate pool heater on short notices or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service.

We stayed at the property for a month and had a wonderful experience. The property is 100% as listed with no surprises. We were comfortable, enjoyed the pool and playroom, including the handful of toys they keep for the kids enjoyment, and the kids loved the Cars and princess themed bedrooms. Ruben was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He generally answered within a few hours and took care of anything we needed quickly. It was a pleasant surprise having someone really care about their guests experience and it made our stay even better. There were many days that we went back and forth to a Disney park twice in a day and the distance from the parks and traffic in the area was slightly inconvenient but we got used to the 20 minute drive each way. In our opinion, there weren’t many interesting food options in the area, but this is the case for most Disney / Kissimmee area rentals. We utilized the grill at the house quite a bit which helped a lot.The one downside to these properties is the townhouses are very close together and you can hear neighbors throughout the day and night. If you are a light sleeper and have neighbors who are up late, they can keep you up at night. Overall, very positive experience and we would return again for our next extended Disney vacation. Thank you to Ruben for such a wonderful stay!

We had a great time during this stay! Amenities are great and house was clean. Only complaint is it took us about 30-45 mins to check in the first day. After that there was always a line to get into the property. Sometimes we had to get out of the car to scan to get in and sometimes they had a person there to grab it from us.

The property was as listed. It was between 40-60 degrees and we had the pool heater running, which worked great. Great location to Disney and Sea World.
