This brand-new vacation home located at Windsor Westside and close to theme parks, shopping mall outlets, restaurants and supermarkets, offers its guests comfort, luxury & fun! The home has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, private pool, fully equipped kitchen and a loft upstairs. Children will love to sleep in the Toy Story and Monster Inc bedrooms. Other things to note For the comfort of our guests, we provide 3 toilet paper, 1 shampo, 1 conditioner, 1 Body lotion and 2 soap in hotel size per bathroom. We also offer a dish washing kit that has 1 detergent, 1 sponge, 4 dishwasher soap, 1 paper towel roll, 1 package of napkins and 6 trash bag.
Coffe Bar available With 4 individuals coffee polder bag, Sugar, stevia and coffee mate.
We recommend you and your guests to bring anything you desire to make your trip even more enjoyable!
We offer some kids amenities, such as:

Housekeeping
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

No specific pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter general when days are short, pool heaters may struggle or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer.
The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (24 hours) to your arrival.
Without optional pool heat pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect "bathtub temperatures" during or after Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.
Unfortunately, we are unable to activate / deactivate pool heater on short notices or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service.

Overall, I am very happy with our stay. Kept it a surprise to the kids and when they arrived and seen both the pool and game area they were bursting with joy. There was a surplus of pool supplies. Almost everything we needed was on site. Huge supply of pots and pans as well as utensils to make our time even better. Slept like a baby with a great mattress. Loved the variety of room annd bed options. Air conditioner had the house so chilly and comfortable. Communication and check in were stellar. The available clubhouse was an extra bonus. Very happy.
Hard not to give it five stars because it was truly great and deserving. However, it’s getting time for some updates and wall touch ups to match the extreme excellence presented. Upon first site everything was great but after one sit on the couch the wear and tear is evident. There was a leftover trash bag in the bench when we arrived and it felt a little pushy and intrusive when cleaning crew was on site at 9:50.
