This 7-bedroom home was exactly what we were hoping for—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for bringing everyone together. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded, and the layout made it easy to enjoy both group time and quiet moments. The pool was definitely a highlight—clean, inviting, warm and south-facing. It was also only a block walk to the community pool.
The only minor downside for our group was that the beds were a bit firmer than we personally prefer, but that didn’t take away from an otherwise great and memorable stay.

Wonderful community with constant upkeep for the properties. Got to walk to the pond and see an alligator basking in the sun on the bank!

A casa é bem montanda e atendeu bem as nossa necessidades, apesar dos problemas.
A casa precisa ser revisada ao final de cada locação, para o próximo locatário não ter de esperar pela manutenção, chegamos o chuveiro de um dos banheiros estava caído, o aquecimento da piscina não funcionou direto, uma cama quebrou pois estava engatilhada, o ar da parte de baixo não funcionou direito e a churrasqueira estava muito suja e funcionava mal, levaram três dias para consertar o chuveiro e a cama, só no final da estadia que conseguiram alguém para resolver a piscina.

El espacio que tiene la casa, la pileta climatizada y el regulador de temperatura central. El barrio es tranquilo y la administración cuenta con buenos amenities.
