Very clean, easy to find and access, comfy beds. Easy parking, quiet place, good communication with owner. Also very close to a pub, grocery store, pharmacy, etc.

The apartment is super clean and situated near amenities such as shops, railway and restaurant downstairs.
The apartment was extremely hot because the sun shines directly into the apartment and the blinds don't close. It's impossible to relax or sleep and opening the balcony door did not help.
