Уютная, чистая квартира. Есть всё необходимое и даже больше. Были с ребёнком, понравилось, что есть книги и игры. Есть балкон, где можно посидеть, просторно.

Невысокая цена. Удобно забирать ключи из запирающего ящика на парковке. Свое парковочное место перед окнами. В квартире было чисто. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Тихо в квартире и во дворе.
Хозяин кватиры потребавал доплату за постельное белье и полтенца, хотя белье и полотенца были вписаны в счет booking.com отдельной строкой. Мою просьбу прокоменнтировать этот момент хозяин просто проигнорировал, в итоге мне пришлось взять свое постельное и полтенца ибо ситуация была непонтная. Сам многоквартирный дом очень старый. Очень грязные окна, смотришь на двор через пелену. В квартире душно и ее почти невозможно проветрить,так как открываются только маленькие форточки, дверь на балкон открыть невозможно, так соседи постоянно курят и запах табака залетает в квартиру. Неприятный запах в подъезде. Квартира на 4м самом верхнем этаже в доме без лифта. Плохое освещение в ванне, очень короткий шланг гигиенического душа.
