Lähes kaikki oli täysin toiveitten mukaista ja siistiä. Jopa ikkunasta avautuva maisema on upea aamuauringossa. Sänky oli superhyvä.
Joku aikaisempi asukas ei ollut ilmoittanut viallisesta tuolista, joten se aiheutti ylimääräistä jännitystä. Paria viinilasia oltaisiin kaivattu.

Asunto oli siisti ja se oli helppo löytää. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi ja esim. keittiön varustelu oli oikein hyvä. Omistaja oli avulias, ystävällinen ja nopea vastaamaan.
Naapureiden äänet kuuluivat välillä asuntoon aika hyvin, mutta yöllä ei onneksi metelöity.
