Location and free parking! Good place for ONE night's stay on your way to somewhere else.
NO DISHWASHER, NO TOASTER, FILTHY ROOMS, SMELLY CORRIDOR, EXTREMELY DIRTY UTENSILS, INADEQUATE AMENITIES, NO MAIN DOOR LOCK—so you can't keep your valuables while going out, and NO CHRISTMAS DECORATION (actually kids were expecting at least a decorated tree in the living room), VERY DIRTY AND SPOOKY TERRACE.
