I had a great experience here. The beds were comfortable and everything felt clean. It attempted at having a kitchen in a hotel style room which I was grateful for the refrigerator, microwave and the utensils. I was surprised they require that you take your own trash out and there doesn't seem to be anyone working there, I guess besides the cleaning staff. I had read some negative reviews on Google but after staying here, they must have stayed in a different style room or something.

Ok so this is a basic hotel. But it has everything you need if it’s just a base. Everything is managed by text/ email. You won’t see anyone from the hotel. It is all very efficient and easy, but a long way from luxury. It was perfect for the Spartan weekend.

Travelling with under 1y old baby. Great location, comfy beds, nice view, easy parking but toilet/bathroom was unclean and very stinky, and that is huge minus. That's why probably not coming again (especially with kids).

Room did not look anything like it did in the pictures. It needed re decorating and was very basic. However it was clean and warm and had a decent shower and tv. Using a code to unlock the door rather than a key was brilliant

Property was renovated older building but was generally in good condition. Biggest drawback was no onsite staff. No one to answer questions or provide information. Outside of building very rundown but interior much better. Rate was good, but i had a rooftop view of pipes etc. Air conditioning ineffective on unseasonably warm week. Very quiet and plumbing quiet as opposed to U.S. hotels, a very nice change. With some exterior cosmetic upgrades and onsite staff it would get a much better review. Convenient to restaurants and groceries. Easy motorway access. Overall a good value.

Dont recommend to use Forenom due to the most idiotic face recognition procedure that is needed to get the door codes. Its second time for me and now I have two bookings - one is Forenom and the other one where we actually stay.

Central location, right on the main square with about 10min walk to the bus/train station. Property itself very basic, aging, far from perfectly clean and feels like a place for construction workers to stay overnight. Windows are locked and can't be opened. There is a/c that you can control, but also another ventilation that pumps air (and at another place sucks out - stuff you tend to see in bathrooms is here also in bedroom). That ventilation is fairly loud and while it was switched off late in the evening, it started again early in the morning. There are some utensils - all crammed in a cupboard rather than having a kitchen corner. Any washing needs to be done in the bathroom. All in all this is a rather disappointing place offering poor value and I wouldn't want to stay again. Perhaps with ridiculous accommodation prices in Finland this is fine and acceptable for the Finns but for anyone from south of their borders finding a chain with this standard and price will be baffling as to how can it survive.

a social and young addicts were on the lower floors, room was old and lights not working. thanks to the fire alarm, we had to spend some time in the hallway !!! there was no allowed city view at all !!! the whole neighborhood and the hotel lobby were unsafe

I booked 3 rooms. One for myself , and 2 other for friends. Room 424 was without aircondition and it was 28 degrees outside. Not possible to sleep. Too long time waiting for customer service answer. Finally, I was able to reach customer desk. He helped me to change to another room. Then room was OK.

We opted for an apartment hotel for a two-day. Location was convenient but access to parking was a nightmare. Plus because of their business model, there is rarely anyone onsite at reception, even during business hours. We ended up parking in a public lot across the street for a bit more.
