We had some problems with the door lock, the owner answered on whatsapp very quickly.
The kitchen was very dirty. The cooker hood had a thick layer of oil grease, we felt very disgusting touching it. The oven looked like hasnt been cleaned for a year, and there's even a used cooking paper lying inside. We decided not to use the oven at all.
Dining area - luncheon mats and living area - sofa cover were not cleaned. Still some bread crumbs on the sofa.
Please ask the cleaner to improve.
