Sijainti oli oikein hyvä, kaupat lähellä. Sauna oli hyvä ja kiva lisä. Parvekkeella oli mukava viettää aikaa ja ruokailla. Asunnossa oli kaikki tarpeellinen meidän käyttöön.
Sänky oli huono ja nariseva (vaihdoimme nukkumaan vuodesohvalle). Asunnon lattialla oli hiekkaa ja roskia (tarve perusteellisemmalle siivoukselle jokaisessa tilassa).
