Good Hotel, Great Location, Very busy .....Staff could be more attentive!

I liked the modern ambiance, Starbucks was a bonus, the room was comfortable and modern. Give the bed 10/10. Check-in was swift and easy. Room was easy to find. loved the TV and Wi Fi. Easy to order room service

Took a while to get served at the bar, we were ignored for quite a while. Staff seemed busy chatting, or were pre-occupied behind the scenes. Bar area was not that busy, but plenty of tables were messy. Although room service was quick to arrive the trolley used to serve it on was quite dirty....made me think twice about eating the pizza.

Overall this was a great stay, good food, service and breakfast.

A good well planned compact room with a tiny bathroom which had all the facilities you needed but the shower did spray out onto the bathroom floor, and there was evidence that this was causing some degradation to the wall and floor. Overall this was a great stay, good food, service and breakfast.

Can you get the smokers and vapours to NOT smoke directly out of the entrance door, as when you are exiting the building and the automatic door open, it sucks in any smoke of vape clouds straight into your face, not a pleasant experience.

Rooms and facilities were good. We enjoyed lunch and dinner in the restaurant.

Breakfast was awful. We were there at 8am when the restaurant opened and it was already stale and overcooked. Bacon was dry and tough, hash browns were horrible.

Bright and cheerful. Friendly welcome. Mostly comfortable room. Great tv. Starbucks was great. Surrounded by lovely trees. Yoghurt and fruit salad were lovely.

Shower was dripping through the night, put a towell under. 1 pillow very lumpy, other was flat with no support. Breakfast wasn't great overall.

Location ample parking

Having to pay extra to park. Restaurant on site expensive yet gym members could get 25% off but not hotel guests. On second floor gym underneath and music too loud did quieten down after contacting reception.

Ok but won’t be returning!

It was clean and comfortable

Couldn’t check in on arrival, had to go away & return as no staff available! Short options at the grill booking an evening meal, & not enough staff at breakfast, no tea cups or cutlery. Limited food options at breakfast too!

Travelled all over world and has to be the worst bathroom I've ever seen. No privacy whatsoever, see through door with a huge gap. Clearly done as only window in bathroom. I'd asked for a room with a bath tub. I received an email saying request granted. On arrival I was told all rooms have showers. Wouldn't stay again and wouldn't recommend it.

Close to the wedding we were attending. Starbucks. Asda.

Lack of a bedroom window. Narrow shower screen with water which splashed out of the shower tray. Confusing check in but helped by a very helpful member of staff. Double parking and non disabled drivers parking in the blue badge spaces --- just to be close to Starbucks or the gym.
