The Hotel was very clean, our room was nice and tidy, I really recommend this Hotel for everyone. The staff were really kind and helpful. We will return again.

We found all Staff very friendly. All communal areas of the hotel were spotless and our room was fantastic. We used the pool facilities which were brilliant, very comfortable stay for our family.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed swimming in the pool. The pool is quite small but you have to book by slot so I guess it wouldn't get overwhelmed. They also kept a swimming lane free for serious swimmers. the bed was very comfortable indeed and the room was quiet.

The breakfast was ok but not amazing. There were so many queues at 9am that I couldn't be bothered to get toast or cooked breakfast. The berries were nice but were icy suggesting recently having been defrosted. Someone got pancakes but it wasn't clear how you got those. Coffee was good and strong though

When we arrived, the lady in reception was welcoming and very helpful. Later, we ate dinner at the hotel. The food was well presented, delicious and the cost was reasonable. The waiters were friendly and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very quiet and the bed was sooo comfortable.

The hotel is quiet, clean, staff is polite and at hand when you need them; there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, play for kids etc, great lounge, decent breakfast, bar etc, everything that decent hotel needs to have.

- rooms are basic, - the hotel charges for parking for guests staying over night, around £8, which is not cheap. Important to know that parking around hotel is free. There is on-street parking as well as huge parking lot adjacent to hotel and belonging to a near leasure centre - all free. - Despite settling our bill at the time of arrival, on our check out next day, the receptionist informed us that the bill was 40p short and insisted that we pay that. We of course obliged! - lunch and dinner little expensive, if cheaper - more people would eat at the hotel and not going out for meal. - would we stay at this hotel again - probably, but not definitely.

We stayed here as we were visiting peppa pig world, the property was very clean staff very friendly and polite! The breakfast the next morning was nice too! The kids area is really fun, didn’t get a chance to use any other facilities

Was Going to a Show at the Concorde Club so stayed here for the Night.it wasnt very far to walk to get a Bus to the Venue.I liked the Comfortable Bed and also the Choice of Breakfast as their was Plenty to Choose From.

Very nice rooms food is right there and was good it’s a short walk to a bunch of shops. We stayed to go on a Disney cruise it was a perfect location

You need reservations for breakfast it’s not that I didn’t like it I just didn’t know . It’s really busy at breakfast time

The room was ok, paid for a room and advertised with a mini fridge. Thought there would be at least water in it… but no, just an empty fridge 😒

We had a family room, which was very spacious, with 2 separate bedrooms. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The granddaughters loved the swimming pool and spent time in the play area, after they’d eaten in the restaurant, leaving us a bit of peace to finish our meal.

Expensive drinks, plus, having to pay for the car park. Other hotels usually let guests park for free.

The food was excellent at both breakfast and dinner. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was a good size, very clean as were the sauna and steam room. Our rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable.

Nice clean room; comfy bed and mainly friendly staff. It would appear that there were not enough staff to cope with guests on arrival and a lengthy wait to be checked into out room.

Couldn't get parked so was told I would be credited the £7.50 parking charge (which Booking.com didn't mention in their price). Still waiting for refund and was also told I'd receive a phone regarding the lack of hot water to our room ... again still waiting on that call...... Also little or no hot water on the day of departure due to hotel being overloaded with guests and inadequate plumbing/boiler power to supply all rooms?????? Female member of staff at breakfast initially all fake smiles when greeting us but when we asked to be moved from the creche area her attitude changed and apparently she couldn't help us........ bad attitude!!!! Breakfast was not particularly good and rather bland.

The tub/shower set up was perhaps the most dangerous situation we’ve experienced at any hotel. A long narrow tub with the soap station opposite the shower head, combined with no hand rails, made it almost impossible to shower. Most adults don’t need a tub. In the future, a standard shower would be excellent.

The beds are very comfortable, we had a good nights sleep.

The restaurant is expensive for the quality you get. We arrived late and it wasn’t very busy but the service was very slow. It took about 20m to have our order taken which was for drinks, 1 appetiser and 2 main courses. After approx. 40 minutes the salad appetiser came. No cutlery on the table, couldn’t get the attention of anyone to get some so took it off another table. At this point still no drinks and my son had finished his appetiser. I was about to go to the bar myself to get them as they had been sitting there. A server saw me about to go and I explained the issue and they went and got them. The mains were not nice at all and arrived about a further 23/30m after the salad and it was not warm and tasteless. They automatically add gratuity, so that was frustrating as we wouldn’t have left one on this occasion. The next evening we are out, as it was so disappointing. Parking: Be mindful it is limited. Because we arrived late, we couldn’t find a space. We have an electric car and they only have 2 spaces for this. Parked in it was 2 cars. It charging. Very unhelpful. After doing about 4 rounds of the parking lot, someone finally pulled out and we got a space. If we hadn’t then I think you have to go across the street to the leisure centre. Not sure what their parkingT&Cs are. In light of this, best to arrive early if you want to park. The next day, again 2 cars in the electric spaces not charging. So if you have an electric car it is very unlikely you’ll be able to charge here as people took them to park. Some Electric cars were in there, but they weren’t charging as I continued to check hoping I could.
