The lift every day wasn’t working we had problems with that every day and when we walked in the property the windows twasn’t closing apartment was on the main road so all night we couldn’t sleep very noisy and busy road plus the pillows. They were all yellow very very, very old. We had to go down to the shops and buy a new pillows so we can sleep in a clean bed And the apartment was very dusty. The shower was blocked. And dirty They even put something to open the shower when is blocked because they knew it will happen . the kitchen not comfortable to use the equipment for cooking very old , no air conditioning is the apartment and we knew that but it’s very very hot in summer and the fan they providing it doesn’t help

Very good

Lovely big, bright flat in great location. We were texted information about how to get our key and it was very clear. Manager was always available via WhatsApp for queries.

We needed another bedsheet and it took two days to be sorted out. We did get it eventually. It is at a main road, so noisy which didn't really bother us, but if you're noise sensitive it could be a problem.

8 Tage in Marseille ♡

Die Lage innerhalb der Stadt war wirklich toll. Man konnte die Stadt sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden und wenn man mal es nicht tun wollte hatte man direkt vor der Tür die Haltestelle der Tram. Dazu kam auch das die Wohnungstür wirklich stabil ist was einem ein gutes Gefühl der Sicherheit gab. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und schön gestaltet. Man hat alles was man benötigt zum kochen oder zur Zubereitung von Speisen. Jedoch sollte man sich selber Taps für den Geschirrspülmaschine und für die Waschmaschine mitbringen da dies nicht in der Wohnung vorhanden ist.

Der Fahrstuhl des Hauses ist dreckig und manchmal funktionierte die "0" nicht richtig, die Wohnung hat schon Abnutzungserscheinigungen oder Schönheitsfehler aber über die kann man weg schauen. Mein Bett (das im zweiten Schlafzimmer mit den 3 fernstern) ist sehr hart gewesen aber für den Aufenthalt war es okay :) Die Duschhalterung sollte fest montiert werden.. Den Lichtschalter für das Badezimmer befindet sich hinter der Badezimmertür (was sehr schade ist da man ihn so nicht findet.. ) Schade war es das man ein Late-Check-out bewirbt aber dies nicht buchen. Da die Wohnung an einer Hauptstraße liegt und die sehr belebt ist es nachts schon relativ laut... Die Heizungen geben einen unangenehmen Geruch ab..

Portas de casas de banho não fechavam, casas de banho com falta de funcionalidades, baldes para seleção e recolha de lixo, só havia um contentor e não era possivel separar para reciclar, falta de utensílios de cozinha, caixa de escadas suja e com cheiros, elevador sem funcionar. Evin pisliği ve Ev sahiplerinin ilgisizliği ve küstahlığı sebebiyle tavsiye etmem.

Ev kullanışlı ve güvenli idi. Evin yeri, İstanbul’u bilenler için şöyle ifade edeyim. Beyoğlu, Galata, Lüleci Hendek sokakları gibi..Bohem, lokal restoranlar, her yere ulaşım çok kolay ama aşırı gürültülü..Bunu bilerek rezerve etmiştim zaten. Gün içinde çok yorulduğumuz için gece o gürültüyü duymadık diyebilirim. Çevresinde her türlü alışveriş dükkanı var. La Panier e yürüyerek 3 dakika mesafede..Bazı noktalarında, Kasımpaşa gençlerine rastlanıyor. Ürkütücüler ama bize bir zararları olmadı.

11- 15 Temmuz ( 2025 ) arası burada, 2 yetişkin 1 çocukla yaptığımız rezervasyon, eve girişimizle tam bir hayal kırıklığı oldu. Rasyonel olmak adına İyi tarafları da var, onları da yazacağım. Evin adresini booking den edinmiştim. Ama gitmeden evvel ne adres verildi, ne de nasıl ulaşabileceğime dair iyi niyetle bir yaklaşım sergilendi. Sormasam şifre bile söylenmeyecekti Swikly diye bir programdan eve sigorta yaptırmıştım. Yok tabak kırıldı, bardak çatladı diye sonrasında uğraşmamak için..Bunun yerine keşke bilseydim de dip köşe temizlik yaptırsaydım. Yerler, cam pervazları, yatak altları her yer pis ve saç yumakları içindeydi. Ev yetkilisine fotoğrafladım gönderdim. Temizlik istedim. Hayır dediler. Evin yakınındaki Monoprix den temizlik malzemeleri satın alıp dip köşe temizlik yaptık. Mutfak malzemeleri kirli bırakılmıştı. Musluk suyu içilebiliyormuş söylenmedi bile. 3 kişi 4 gün kaldığımız eve sadece 2 rulo tuvalet kağıdı bırakılmıştı. Extra istedim, ona da hayır dediler. Üstüne bir de giderken bana evi temiz bırakmam için mesaj attılar. Yastık çarşaf kesin bir kez silkelenip serilmişti. Ama deterjan olmadığı için yıkayamadık ve artık yorulmuştuk. İkinci yatak odasında bir başucu lambası yerine tam oturmadığı için kafaya düşme riski vardı. Videoya çekip gönderdim. Oralı bile olmadılar.

Ce qui je pensais allait être un super séjour à fini en cauchemar

La situation

Alors comment dire , outre la présence d’une société pour exterminer les blattes et les cafards et l’ascenseur qui ne fonctionne qu’une fois sur 3… En période de chaleur il fait étouffant , l’appartement est bien situé mais fan d’un quartier trop bruyant, impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres et la cerise sur le gâteau a été que la serrure s’était bloquée nous nous sommes retrouvés dehors , la concierge de l’appartement Katia nous disant tout d’abord de nous débrouiller car elle n’avait aucune solution et puis ne nous répondant plus , nous avons dû faire appel au service client de booking et idem l’établissement ne leur a pas répondu …bref un serrurier est venu débloquer la serrure abîmée afin de nous laisser récupérer nos affaires personnelles pour repartir en avion et bien sûr à nos frais , 299 euros car c était en we , je trouve cela scandaleux d’abandonner les gens dans la galère surtout que ce n’était pas notre faute, ça va à l’encontre de ce que je me fais dans établissement de location saisonnière… Bref , si vous y aller vos risques et périls …

Très bien situé, proche du Vieux Port. Bien aménagé, literie confortable. Communication facile avec l'hôte. Possible de réserver aux 2 parkings juste en bas de l'immeuble (Indigo République et Indigo Phocéen).

Mooi en proper appartement, wel rekening houden met geluidsoverlast

Het appartement was zeer proper. Handdoeken mooi gepresenteerd op het bed bij aankomst. De hosts waren onmiddellijk bereikbaar bij vragen. Centraal gelegen.

Er was zeer veel geluidsoverlast. Dit van voorbijrijdende trams en verkeer, wegenwerken en straatvegers. Hier kan de host zelf niets aan doen. Het was warm tijdens ons verblijf. Het ontbreken van airco was wel een minpunt. Wel stonden er twee ventilatoren.

Líbila se mi lokalita, měly jsme všechno kousek, krásný čistý byt, naproti hned výborná kavárna s pekárnou, kde jsme každé ráno snídaly

ač lokalita byla super co se týče blízkosti tak bylo znát velmi rušné centrum, kde se nedalo moc spát kvůli rušnosti centra (měly jsme ale otevřené okna), nebyla možnost doplnění - kapsle do kávovaru, toaletní papír, tablety do myčky, prášek na praní....

Ens va agradar molt, lo centric que es troba, just al carrer del darrera creix el barri de Le Panier y pel davant es tipus l'Eixample de Barcelona.

La calle principal es un poco ruidosa. Pero se duerme bien.
