Great apartment

Great apartment, spacious, clean, looks very new, very pleasant host. Bathroom is spacious, great hot water tank. Electric space heaters, this is a very warm place. No problem with parking right in front. The bed was comfortable, two TVs, full kitchen - cooktop, fridge.

None of this is a dealbreaker, and it was expected, so no stars off, just noting it here. It was snowing when we were leaving, and the road to the place is not cleaned to the same standard as the main road. That's a few kilometers to reach the main Kopaonik road, and when snow hits you may need tire chains if you don't have an all-wheel drive. One car was stuck, I had an all-wheel drive SUV and I just went around it, but if you don't have AWD you better have tire chains, just in case. As for apartment itself, it would be a nice addition to have some salt / sugar / bottle of water in there when one arrives (Kopaonik tap water... there are different opinions on whether you should drink it or not).

Very nice location.

The design of the apartments and how clean were the rooms and the building. The rooms are well equipped. Ski in location and ski out 5 min. of walking up the hill to the ski lift(T-bar).

The windows in one apartment were not closing properly and the blizzard was passing through. The bedroom door was not closing(only by locking). This problems can be easily fixed with a little bit of attention.

Great stuff and fresh beautiful apartments!

New building with new modern apartments, it was comfortable and enjoying. It has a supermarket next to it and the spa is good! And mainly I want to say thank you for stuff that works in the hotel they were helping us with everything! Definitely recommend!

Perfect mountainside haven just 100m to the nearest ski lift!

When we arrived there was no reception however we asked a cleaning lady who phoned the owner and asked him to meet us, he was there in 5 minutes and gave us the key. There are a few comments in other reviews which say it is on a construction site but this is not entirely true, there are some unfinished buildings around the resort but I don't think it will be long before they are completed (post-summer probably) and they do not affect your stay. We selected the 'mountain view' room and were blown away! It looks over the whole forest and mountain range and is so peaceful - I've never seen a view like it! Not sure if the other room type would have been quite as spectacular so definitely recommend selecting this type of room. The apartment itself is stunning - very modern, spacious, comfortable (especially the bed) and equipped with everything you need. The only suggestion would be if you are not from Serbia, bring your own adapter because we could not buy one in the town. In terms of distance from Kopaonik town centre, it is a 5-10 min drive in a taxi which are super easy to get from town and there is a number in the apartment so they can pick you up within 10 mins too. What this hotel SHOULD ADVERTISE is that the closest ski lift is 100 metres away! So close by! So you can walk up in the morning and take the tow to the the top then either ski straight into the centre or start your day on the slopes! Restaurants in the centre are great so we tended to eat there in the evening and then get a cab back or go to the market and buy food for the kitchen in the apartment. The wifi is great and Netflix is always great to snuggle up to after a long day on the slopes! Could not recommend this resort any more, so much cheaper than the town centre for your own mountainside haven! 10/10! PS. Do not be concerned if they ask for part-payment up front, this seems to be the norm and wasn't an issue.

Literally the only thing which I have said above is to bring your own adapter if you are not a Serbian local as there are no shops which sell them in town. And this is just a reminder, not a regret of the accommodation!

Awesome place awesome location. We LOVED everything about it. We went here last year also and are coming again next year. Ample parking, Treska ski-lift is 100m away.

Lose parking mesto, nije aafaltirano, pa je problem kada napada sneg izaci sa autom. Losa je bila sezona pa je staza i zicara kod apartmana bila zatvorena. Losa zvucna izolacija.
