Happy about apartment and location

Apartment is very good and basically on ski track. I could ski from track Malo Jezero, through wood and all the way to hotel. It is clean, comfy, warm. Restaurant inside hotel is good.

Make sure you agree in advance about parking lot/garage (garage is extra charge), and that you get receipt for parking lot. This is not part of apartment agreement. Parking in front of hotel is free, but there are only 3 parking spaces in the winter.

Great location next to the slopes! Easy to pay extra and get great breakfast and dinner! And available spa/pool is nice! Easy to rent skis at the facility!

Wifi was slow. Room limited storage space. No soap available in the bathroom.

The location of the property is close to the central district however the walk to the centre was challenging when there was heavy snowfall and after sunset. The property had all amenities as was well furnished

Not many speak English in the property except the reception staff. The host also didn't speak English so was difficult to communicate

The staff was great and helpful at Zupa, super nice! We enjoyed the stay and loved the location! Just a short walk and you are near all the big restaurants and souvenir shops. Our room had a wonderful view! Wifi was very good too, I was able to do some work during my stay. We loved it there! Thanks so much

Awesome location and very clean!

Perfect location, close to everyone. The staff was great, always there to help. Short walking distance to a cafe area and also to ski lifts to Pancicev vrh. Parking spaces everywhere. Wifi was very good, we could work from there too. Great kitchen, very useful.

Sehr warm und mit Charm, Winter Idila :)

Sehr nette Personal, hilfsbereit, sauber, warme Atmosphäre. Uns hat besonders das Restaurant, leckere Essen und Personal in Restaurant gefallen.

Es fehlt Spa & Wellness obwohl beim buchen hat in Bilden auch das gestanden aber Besitzerin hat und mit kleinen Rabatt entgegen gekommen für Missverständnisse.
