Good

The room itself is quite spacious and well-equipped. It has everything you might need during your stay.

No clear instructions were provided on how to check-in (address, room number, floor etc.). It turns out that this room is a part of the Zupa Wellness Hotel but it was not explicitly mentioned anywhere so it took us a while to find it. It's also not possible to pay for the room by card. The person who collects the money (not sure if he's even part of the staff) doesn't speak English at all and was not willing to give us change.

It was okay

Kitchen is very well equipped, you have everything you need in it. Everything is new and nice. There is plenty of space for your stuff, which is very good if you ski so you can dry your clothes. Location is very good, very close to ski slopes, you can even come back to the hotel on your skis. Restaurant in the hotel is great, amazing staff. They also have room service. Ski room in the hotel costs 200rsd if you are not a guest of a hotel, people who work there are very helpful and nice. Because this is a private apartment, there is no one coming to change the sheets or towels. For us that was great, because we brought our own sheets and towels, but that is something you need to be aware of when booking this place. Private parking garage, very good if it's snowing (cost 10eur per day).

This is a private apartman in a hotel. Owner of the apartment is okay man, couple of things bothered me, for example, apartman has a dor bell which is very good, but one day owner decided to do a very quick knock on the door, didn't even wait for our response and entered our apartment just to ask us when we are leaving. I was shocked by this behaviour, very inappropriate and violation of our privacy. One other thing, he told us that we have to check out until 10am, but on booking they wrote that check out is until 11am, when I asked him about it, he said that 11am is to late. So we got out around 10:30am. Room was cleanish, not dirty but not clean. Very uncomfortable sheets, luckily we brought our own. When we change them, we noticed a lot of hair everywhere. Bathroom was very quickly cleaned, they didn't throw away stuff from previous guests, old shampoo bothels and some more hygiene things. Spa in the hotel is okay, sauna is new but pool and jacuzzi are very outdated.
