Good location, good staff, but needs renewal

It's not the first time we stay in Zupa. In general it is a very comfortable building with a garage and very close to the lift #2. Apartments have a separate bedroom (the most of the other offers in the area are studios). The check-in and check-out process is very easy (you just call a number and the man who maintains the apartment comes in a few seconds to help you). Comparing to all the other apartments in the area this one has a lot of space.

This exact apartment definitely needs a renewal: windows are not being closed well and you can hear all the sounds from the outside (but of course you have fresh air all the night). The door (entrance) needs to be repaired, it's not easy to open/close it. The kettle sometimes works, sometimes not. The kitchen equipment needs to be refreshed (everything is old and worn). The other issue is a restaurant outside: we were happy not to have a heavy machinery station outside this time (it is located on the other side of this building). But then we realized that there is a restaurant right out our window. And at 21:00-22:00 they were starting a loud music (not every day, but 2 of 4 nights). Considering there are issues with windows, it was really hard to fall asleep. And it's really strange to realize that now it is just the beginning of the season, so the apartment was not properly prepared before. The last cons: you need to do additional payments for everything: Want to park outside? Pay 1000 RSD per day. Want to park in the garage? Pay 12 euros per day. Want to put your skis into the storage (it is forbidden to bring them inside the apartment)? Pay. I believe it's better to highlight this need in the description. In my case additional charges were 100 euros per 4 nights.

A very resonably priced and well-equipted room

A spacious and clean apartment, rather close to the city centre. The hotel is mostly empty over the Summer, so it was very quiet. The kitchen was well-equipped and the furniture was quite new and tasteful.

We stayed there during the summer, so the spa and the swimming pool did not work. Check-out at 11:00 is a bit early, but we were allowed to keep the luggage in the room after check-out. The Wi-Fi connection in the room is quite poor.
