Expected more comfort

Hotel stays almost on the slopes. Goog wide covered parking. Good restaurant inside. Aparts has all necessary for stay. Heating is great we decreased it cause it was to hot inside. Pretty big aparts for staying with family. Enough spaces for storing staff.

Aparts are pretty "tired". It's needed some repair. Beds are not comfortable enough for recovering after skiing. Previous time we rented apartments twice cheaper with the same level of comfort in the center. Location is close to slopes but on the hill and away from shops and other restaurants.

The apartment was as it was in the photos so I was very happy with it.

Behind the apartment is the parking lot for snow vehicles so it's loud and disturbing if you have light sleep and are easily awaken.

The apartment is spacious. Lots of closets so it was comfortable for mom, dad and a child. Up to 4 people can easilu stay in the apartment. The host is super polite.

Not a value for money experience

The property was a private apartment inside the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel staff did not offer any service. Although we booked a room for four, we had to fix the kids bed ourselves. The hotel staff did not even except to come in so was how to open the sofa bed. No English speaking staff was the smallest issue. Kopaonik has much nicer places for less money!
