Quite, clean, great hosts! Not too far from slopes, but not directly on the slopes either.

Great hosts, very attentive and caring. They were always happy to help, although there were no issues during our stay. It's couple of minutes walk from the nearest slope, but in a quite area. Very family friendly, an as I said, great hosts!

New accommodation with heated floor located next to the ski resort center! FULLY RECOMMEND!

The ladies Zorana and Ivana waited us with the big smile and the check in process was super smooth... Key were ready when we arrived and these ladies explained how to get to the room! The apartment was super clean, and WELL POSITIONED, very close to the center of the ski resorts, so you don't have to carry your skies and also, close to the nightlife... the apartment looks super modern and equipped with everything... all appliances were new (seems like this is a new hotel)... oh the heating floor was the best thing you can get in the winterish time.. the place is super safe and monitored 24/7 with cameras... just the best place / value for money you can get at Kopaonik ski center! Lastly, storage for skis were on -1 and -2 level (super convenient) FULLY RECOMMEND!

New and super clean! Very close to Ski center, only few minutes of walking distance so.

I'd say the only thing that was missing is hair dryer and place to dry clothes (as we went ok ski trip), otherwise ors great apartman.

Very good and comfortable place but beware of the minimalistic kitchen facilities.

New fit out, many convenient storage places, nice design. Not far from the slopes. Hosts - even though not really speaking English - compensate this by the eager desire to help in everything. In general, the place is very comfortable.

With all good impressions about this apartment in general, the kitchen is really poor: no oven, no microwave oven, one frying-pan and one cooking pot, no freezer in the fridge. All this is fine for a solo traveler eating outside but extremely inconvenient for a family stay. In fact it is easy to fix at least with the kitchenware - what I strongly recommend to do.

U opisu je pisalo 1 veci krevet i sofa u spavacoj i sofa u dnevnoj. Dobili smo 1 veci krevet i 2 kreveta na sprat. S obzirom da su odrasle osobe bile smatramo da je nacinjen veliki propust.

Osoblje je bilo gostoprimljivo i srdacno, zaista sam se osjecao kao kod kuce. Objekat savrseno cist i uredan. The personnel was welcoming and warm, I really felt at home. The facility is perfectly clean and tidy.

Odlično mesto za ski vikend.

Sjajna podrška na licu mesta. Parking pored ulaza. Zaposleni su bili predusetljivi u pogledu izbora apartmana i informacija. Izašli su nam u susret na sve zahteve. Sve pohvale za Ninu.

Nismo primetili da je podešavanje temperature na bojleru bilo na 0. Tako da bez obzira na prekidač u hodniku prvo tuširanje je bilo hladnom vodom uz zagrevanje vode na šporetu za ispiranje šampona.

Osoblje je srdacno i predusretljivo. Polozaj samog hotela je vrlo dobar. Dva lifta bez guzvi i cekanja. Urednost i cistoca su na visokom nivou.

Mozda jedino to sto je znalo da bude prevruce u sobama kao i to sto nema gdje da se baca smece u blizini.
