Fantastic place to stay in beautiful Kopaonik!

A wonderful place to stay - the apartment is very spacious, clean, functionally laid out, very warm and equipped with everything you need for a short or longer stay. It is located in a very convenient location to the resort and the lifts, has its own parking space and a security access system. The landlady is a very nice woman with whom communication is excellent. She responds to every inquiry quickly and efficiently. We will definitely stay there on our next visit to Kopaonik and I highly recommend the place.

Exceptional

Everything you need for perfect stay was there. Sunny place with mountain view. You need a car to go to the ski centre (2-3km away). There is a parking place available on site.

Bright, clean & comfortable

Bright and comfortable little apartment, good size for small family. Location not too bad, close to nearby restaurant. Shops and ski resort just a short drive away. Everything was clean and available and if not, Ivana and her staff are a quick message away. Our kids enjoyed sledding in the backyard. I would happily recommend Vila Irina to friends.

Great place for families with kids

Great location, 10 mins to ski center by car. A small supermarket in walking distance. Clean rooms which are exactly like pictures. Comfortable beds. Spacious room for our 3 small active boys and baby. Friendly and responsive staff. We had a great and relaxing time and recommed families with small kids like us.

Everything was great, but only a pot was missing in our room. I wanted to have it to cook noodles or soup...

Мястото е много добро, вилата е голяма с 21 апартамента с различни размери и възможности. Ние бяхме в най-големия апартамент на тавана, който обхваща цялата вила. Имаше всички необходими удобства в апартаментите, защото ние бяхме повече хора в различни. Вилата е на по-малко от 10 минути от спирка на рейсове, които закарват хората до центъра на Копаоник и се казва Conaci. Само, че няма смисъл да се ходи с рейс, защото е скъпо и по-добре да се отива с кола и има места извън платените паркинги, където може да се оставят колите и да се отива до ски лифтовете. Наблизо имаше едно магазинче (до спирката) с всички необходими неща за ядене и хигиена. Но в самия център на Копаоник има по-голям магазин IDEA, който е с по-ниски цени и с по-голямо разнообразие. Ивана е хазяйката с която дистанционно кореспондирахме и тя знае идеално английски с който се разбирахме много добре за всичко. Бързо реагираше на Вайбър ако имаме нужда от нещо изпращаше един симпатяга и той ни доставяше нужните неща. Вилата като цяло е изключително луксозна, комфортна и топла. Отвън имаше места за колите и беше много добре.

Мисля, че не мога да се сетя за неща, които не ми харесват както и на хората с които бях. Всички останаха много доволни и като цени и като предлагане на цялостната услуга по настаняване и удобства. Може би единствено интернета леко се губеше и прекъсваше, но нямаше драми.
