The lift was very small.

Great location. Neat, clean and Spacious rooms. Tue design was also modern and house was well ventialted.

The listing mentioned air conditioners, but there wasn’t one—only two fans were provided. It also stated there were two bathrooms, which was misleading, as there was only one toilet and two separate bathing areas. This setup was quite inconvenient for a large group in regards to the single washroom.

The property was in a nice location with good parking across the street. We were able to check in a little earlier than allocated 4.00pm. The kitchen was well equiped but we didn’t really get to use it due to no english provided and power outage.

We were given a very fast tour of the apartment. When I asked for instructions in english for the appliances I was told no english provided, if you don’t know then Google it. We have been travelling Europe for 5 weeks now and this is the first time I have come across this approach. As the host left he told us “if the power goes out and sometimes it does go to this cupboard, do this….go to that room do that….. and power will come back”. Just on dark as we were trying to get some washing done and heat up some food the power went out. I contacted the host and his response was “I already told you what to do” eventually he came back with more instructions when I suggested he needed to come and sort it out. It is not acceptable for us to be sorting out electrical issues, and this has clearly happened in the past and needs to be rectified. This happened twice that evening and we gave up on using any other appliances. We found the property to be superficially clean, the common surfaces were all clean but the apartment was very dusty. The balcony was very grubby and not somewhere you would want to enjoy your food. I know the reviews have been good on this property and that was why we booked it but it was far from our experience here. We have enjoyed so many other apartment style rentals in Europe, this one was a very different experience and we felt very unsupported by the host. If you are advertising in a global market then you need to provided instructions to cater for everyone not just in French.
