Mon Chez Vous - In the heart of the old town

The apartment has a super quirky entrance, i'll leave that as a surprise. The apartment location is right in the heart of Annecy. and the apartment is designed lovely, excellent facilities and bigger than we expected. We had a fabulous stay here and would recommend.

The beds aren't the comfiest and though the hosts have tried to offer an AC solution in the heat, it wasn't the best.

Estaba súper bien ubicado y bien equipado.

No me gustó nada el trato inicial para el check-in, pensábamos que había parking en la finca ya que lo pone en la descripción y al no haber tuvimos que ir a un parking público un poco alejado, al avisar de que estábamos descargando las maletas y que ibamos a tardar algunos minutos más en llegar, me “regañaron” vía WhatsApp de que no estaba allí en mi hora del check-in, cero empatía con el huésped ya que ni conocíamos el pueblo, y el tráfico a esa hora era realmente horrible. El trato fatal, no lo recomiendo por ese motivo.

Great location, well appointed either everything we needed.

Communications for our arrival wasn’t great. There was some difficulty communicating to find out where to pick up our key but once we got inside the apartment it was great. Would definitely recommend

Property was in a perfect location for the old town, Restaurants, and lake. It’s lovely and clean with good facilities.

Uncomfortably hot! The was a air con unit but it leaked water out on the floor despite the tubing being placed outside. The dip in the floor boards showed this is a long term issue. Also, a leaky radiator meant that every time we came to shower there was no hot water. My partner is able to fix for us each time but if guests weren’t as clues up they would be cold showering or calling the concierge every time they needed a shower. The leaky radiator needs fixing
