Guests staying in Watercolor will have access to the newly expanded Watercolor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced Watercolor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Included Guest Amenities passes also give you access to all of Watercolor's Pool and amenities including Camp Watercolor (just steps away) which has Three pools including a beach entry and Lazy River with waterslide, Bar and Grill. Our children love to take the Gem Car shuttle or ride bikes 5 minutes to "The Candybar" candy and ice-cream shop in downtown watercolor... Wine and Tapas bar nearby is excellent!

DETAILS: A Luxurious four bedroom cottage in the Camp District of the WaterColor community. You'll be welcomed by it's spacious front porch, a perfect place to retreat from the afternoon sun or enjoy your morning coffee. Natural hardwood floors and beautiful granite countertops, the interior of the home will exceed your expectations with it's open, airy layout, well-appointed kitchen, spacious dining area and spa-like bedrooms. The wonderful open floor plan allows plenty of space for guests and entertaining.

The Main Bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor and opens up to a private screened porch with a private full bathroom.

Watercolor has much to offer including multiple community pools, the Boathouse with Kayak, SUP and Canoe Rentals, parks, biking and nature trails, tennis and basketball courts. Explore all the local shopping and dining as well!

Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through "The Electric Cart Company" and are limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. We urge you to make any rental reservations as early as possible as Golf Cart and Beach Chair rentals in Watercolor do book-up long in advance. Now is the time to book!

Camera Disclosure: We have one EXTERIOR camera that only overlooks the driveway/street area for security and to help ensure compliance with house rules (occupancy limits and no-pet policy). There are NO cameras overlooking any of the exterior patios or interior, so your privacy is in no way encroached upon. Privacy is important to us and these are only used to prevent mis-use of home and security.

To ensure you have a wonderful stay, we’ve equipped this home with a Minut sensor.
