This means there is no public parking that leads to busy beaches, but it is accessible to you by just walking down Hickory St. You can bring your own chairs/tents/umbrellas or rent and enjoy with minimal crowds

Located just east of Seaside and only one block to the nearest beach entrance, the Lollypop House is perfectly located for your dream beach getaway in Seagrove. The house is beautiful and spacious, featuring 4 bedrooms and comfortably sleeping 12. The unique layout includes 3 king bedrooms (2 with additional beds), a four-bed bunk room, and a designated game room.
The Lollypop House is best described as a multi-family house, and the owners (Lolly and Popsie) have focused on creating a vacation home that meets the wants and needs of children and adults alike.
Whether you prefer indoor or outdoor living, there are spaces for everyone to congregate as well as room to escape for a little alone time. The large, covered front porch is a family favorite to drink a cup of coffee in the morning and hear the beach waves in the distance. The screened-in side porch boasts several chairs and a cozy bed swing, which makes a fantastic place for an afternoon nap! The uncovered side porch has a large table for everyone to enjoy dinner fresh off the gas grill. For those times that indoor living is best, you will love the variety of options the Lollypop House provides. Whether you choose to read a book on the couch in the entrance nook, eat a family meal at the large dining room table, or watch a movie on the 60” smart TV in the spacious living room, there is an option for you.
The gourmet kitchen will not disappoint, and its open concept design allows you to prepare a meal while still engaging with the family. The stainless steel appliances, gas stove, sub-zero refrigerator, and granite counter tops will please the family chef, and there is plenty of room for a few sous chefs to help as well!
Just off of the living room is the king master suite, including a flat screen TV, private bathroom with a spacious shower, and a separate loft space with a spiral staircase and twin bed. This room is perfect for a couple, or for an entire family unit with the kids sleeping in the loft.
Upstairs you will find the third king bedroom. This room is perfect for families as well, including a nook with a twin bed, a private balcony, extra space to set up a pack and play for a little one if needed, and a wall-mounted smart TV. Just across the hall is a kids’ bunk room with 2 twin over full bunk beds, as well as plenty of space to lounge on the couch and watch TV. A third bathroom with a large shower separates the two bedrooms and completes the second story.
Up the stairs and on the third story you will find the new family favorite: a game room! Whether you decide to get creative in the art corner, play video games on the smart TV, or have a family Pac Man competition on the vintage gaming console, everyone will enjoy spending time here.

We had a group of friends stay here for a long weekend and the house was wonderful! Very clean, plenty of space and beds and a short walk to downtown Seaside. They provided beach chairs and two bikes too. The Host was extremely responsive whenever we reached out and even found some items we left behind and sent them to us. Would recommend!

To celebrate my granddaughter's high school graduation, we stayed at Lollipop for a week. There were three generations for the week which included six teenage girls. To say we had THE BEST time would be an understatement. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen of any property I have rented. The outdoor spaces were fabulous. It is one short block to the public beach access and a short stroll away from all the fun at Seaside. I highly recommend this property. We will be back!!

This property is perfect! The house accommodated 11 people comfortably. We had a very short walk to the beach and close to seaside. Definitely will rent this property again!!

The house was charming with a great layout for a large family and the location was perfect. The air condition broke on the 3rd day but maintenance was very responsive getting us a portable a/c unit for the evening and it was repaired promptly the next day. The only issue- and this is a big one- is that the beds were terribly uncomfortable, the mattresses and pillows were old and worn. Even the teenage boys- who can sleep anywhere- complained of being uncomfortable. This left the group, tired each day and affected the overall experience. For the first time, we were ready for our vacation to end so we could get home to rest. At 5,000 for 5 nights proper bedding should be a basic requirement, not a luxury. Unfortunately, we get 1 vacation each year and this one did not provide the rest and relaxation we work all year to enjoy.
