Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Parties, events, pets, smoking are not permitted on the property.
PLEASE NOTE: If any of the 12 beach chairs are damaged, lost, or stolen there will be a $200 charge per chair to replace.

Our family spent this week at Pure Joy celebrating Thanksgiving. It was very roomy and comfortable. The carriage house was an added bonus for us when we needed a little quiet. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and we cooked some amazing meals there. The only complaint we had and it wasn’t anyone’s fault is trash didn’t pick up on Thursday because of the holiday and the cans were overflowing when we got there.
