Sleeping arrangements

The home offers space for up to 12 guests, designed with both comfort and privacy in mind. On the first floor, a custom bunk room creates a fun retreat for younger guests or groups. The second floor features two king bedrooms, each with its own private bath. A third-floor loft includes twin pullouts, providing additional flexible sleeping space. For those seeking privacy, the separate carriage house includes a king bed, private bath, kitchenette, and its own living area, making it an ideal spot for in-laws or couples.



Outdoor living

The expansive patio is a natural gathering place, complete with a grill and outdoor dining setup. Within the Grove by the Sea community, you’ll find two pools, one of which is heated seasonally, along with a tennis court for an active break from the beach. Four complimentary bikes are available, making it easy to explore the paved paths that run along 30A or to ride into nearby Seaside for dining and shopping.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home-cooked meals, including a drip coffee maker. A gas grill is also provided for outdoor cooking. Gather in the open living spaces for shared meals or step outside to enjoy dinner in the coastal air.

Traveling with little ones is made easier with thoughtful touches like a Pack ’n Play. The bunk room offers plenty of space for kids, while the loft gives extra flexibility for families traveling together. House Rules & Guest Information

• No pets, smoking, or parties/events

• Guests must be 25 or older and present for the duration of the stay

• The primary guest must sign a Renter’s Agreement, upload a valid photo ID, and complete a golf cart waiver

• Credit card information will be required to be held in case of bike loss or damage

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls

• Parking for 4 vehicles

• No street parking is permitted

• Guests do not have access to the garage

• Heated Pool: October 31st-January 1st, March 15th-May 15th

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

• Exterior cameras present at the home



Cancellation Policy

• Full refund minus $250 if canceled 60+ days before arrival

• 50% refund minus $250 if canceled 30–60 days before arrival

• No refunds for cancellations within 30 days



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.
