We'd like to welcome you to our Periwinkle home, Beach Blessings, located just steps from the beach, on the south side of 30A, and with a private pool. This home is pet-friendly! Located just a few minutes from Seaside and just a half-mile east of Highway 395. This spacious 5 bed, 4.5 bath 4,077 square foot multi-level home also has a spectacular fourth floor, beach-view sun deck overlooking our amazing 30A sunsets. This is a real gem you'll use every day of your vacation.

For those of you that have stayed with us in year's past, this home underwent an extensive remodel in 2020 and 2021. The pool deck is completely new along with the fencing around the yard. If you've stayed in this home before, you'll barely recognize the place! This is a gorgeous home in a location second to none - literally steps from the beach, minutes from Seaside, has a private pool, fenced-in area perfect for your family dog, and located on the south side of 30A (no street to cross to get to the beach).
On the ground floor, you’ll find the dedicated laundry room, a twin over twin bunk bed, a queen bedroom with 2 bunk beds with a twin bed over a queen bed, and a king master suite. Up the stairs, you enter the main living area featuring custom and colorful artwork, the grand and gorgeous all-stainless kitchen, a large double pantry, a huge dining table with seating for 8, an entire wall of window seating, a cozy coastal-inspired living area with a very large flat-screen TV, and decorative fireplace. Venture up to the third floor where you’ll discover a loft area with custom Twin bunks for 2. There is an additional King Master Suite and another great guest room featuring 2 bunk beds with a twin over a queen. The owner of this property spared no expense in adding an additional floor to this beautiful home! The fourth floor offers a large deck with FULL views of the ocean!

**No cats or other animals are allowed. Dogs must be under the 50lbs weight limit. ALL rules must be followed regarding your pets or a fine will occur.
We do weekly pool maintenance, but cannot control weather or debris. While we strive for cleanliness, we can't guarantee a debris-free pool. Rest assured, we're dedicated to keeping the pool in top condition.
**Elevator in the home is NOT for guest use.

This is an absolutely beautiful and immaculate home providing everything you could possibly need. The proximity to the beach is wonderful. Upon arriving, however, we were very disappointed to see that it is right on the main road and that the back yard/ pool backs right up to it which makes for a lot of noise as you are trying to sit on the deck or spend any time in the yard. When you sit on the rooftop deck you have a nice view of the water on one side and a view of the traffic on 30a on the other side. You can see and hear the cars. The pictures are very deceiving, as the angles that were photographed made sure that the road was not visible ...all of this being said, the house is stunning and comfortable. Also be advised the house is pet friendly which is awesome but we came to find out pets are not allowed on the beach without a permit so check into that before you come if you are planning on bringing your pet on the beach.

This location is only a short walk to the beach. The view from the top balcony is gorgeous! We cooked 3 nights while we were there and had all the pots pans, dishes etc., that we needed. The beds and other furniture were comfortable. The only downside for us was all tge steps without the use of the elevator. We had 3 elderly people in our group and they had a hard time on the stairs. But, we knew that ahead of time.

We had great reminder the day of check-in, but no indication of where the locked door was located, even though we had the code, the door is hidden. It would have been very easy to let us know when we got the code. Major issue:We had to have the exterminator come out because there were cockroaches in the kitchen and main floor when we arrived, in addition to centipedes everywhere. The kitchen is not really stocked well - the stove has zero instructions and since it's from Italy, we need a guide. There wasn't a cutting board and only had one dish towel. We had to retrieve things from our own condo to make meals. The ice machine was great, however it has probably never been cleaned and we had to sanitize it. The knives are in need of replacement. We had to sharpen them to cut anything and this seems a bit dangerous using dull knives. Beds are fine in 2 King areas but the others are really bad - mattresses need replaced!Lots of towels and beach towels, thanks! The place needs a look over - dead plants at front door; outlets that don't work; main bedroom on floor 1, the ceiling fan doesn't work, etc. A long list of little things. We liked the location but wouldn't stay here again due to stairs. It's very hard to carry luggage up 3 flights.
