The space

Welcome to 'Paradise City!'

Just a quick walk to the beach, this home has everything you need for a perfect 30A getaway!

On the first floor of this home, you'll find your own private escape centered around a sparkling enclosed pool. Relax on one of the poolside loungers, enjoy a snack at the outdoor dining table, or catch a good show on the TV while cooling off in the pool.

The main living space is located on the second floor, where a bright, open-concept layout creates the perfect place for everyone to gather. The inviting living room features two comfortable sofas, cozy accent chairs, and a large TV. Just beyond, the dining area features a beautiful oversized square table with a combination of built-in bench seating and chairs, comfortably seating 12 guests. Step outside through French doors to a spacious balcony complete with an outdoor dining table for 8 and a BBQ grill, making outdoor meals together a breeze.

The fully equipped chef's kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring high-end stainless steel appliances, a 6-burner gas range, beautiful designer tile backsplash, and a large island with seating for 4. Also on the second floor is a convenient half bathroom, plus the first two bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms feature King beds and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower.

Head upstairs to the third floor, where you'll find even more space to gather and unwind. The game room features a foosball table, a large sectional sofa, and a TV, making it the perfect place for movie nights or to enjoy some friendly competition. Just outside, another spacious balcony offers comfortable seating and peaceful wooded views. The third floor also includes the final three bedrooms.

The master bedroom features a King bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large glass shower with dual showerheads, and a separate soaking tub inside the glass enclosure. The remaining two bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower, one with a Queen bed and the other with two sets of Full-over-Full bunk beds. In the hallway, you'll find two additional Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, and a dedicated bathroom nearby with dual vanities and a shower/tub combination.

Located just 0.1 miles from the beach (less than a 2-minute walk away!) this home makes it easy to spend your days on the sugar-white sand and emerald waters! You're also just a short LSV/golf cart or bike ride from Seaside Town Center, plus tons of local restaurants, boutique shopping, and scenic nature trails!

Guest access

There is parking available for 2-3 cars in the driveway.

It is an easy 2-minute walk to the Santa Clara Regional Beach Access at the end of the street, which is equipped with parking, restrooms, lifeguards during season, and a ramped walkway down to the beach (don't have to use stairs)!

Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of WaterColor to the West or past The Big Chill to the East. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. The cost of pool heating is $50 per day, available October 1st - April 30th.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
