Three spacious levels give everyone room to spread out, while an elevator connects each level when little legs, luggage, or a long beach day make the stairs less appealing. Throughout the home, custom artwork, lighting, furnishings, and collected design pieces give Aurea its own identity. Nothing feels mass-produced or pulled from the standard vacation rental playbook. Your private heated pool sits just beyond the screened porch, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor hangout for the whole family. Stretch out on the hanging daybed, settle into the conversation seating, grill dinner, or move between the pool and porch without ever breaking up the group. Two wrap-around decks create even more room outside, with spaces for morning coffee, dinner for eight, sunrise watching, and sunset cocktails.

A dedicated trail leads directly from the property toward beach access, so Gulf days don't require piling everyone into a vehicle or circling 30A looking for parking. We've also handled much of the packing list for you: adult and children's beach chairs, pool floats and toys, children's water-safety gear, four adult bikes with two child-carrier attachments, a travel crib, highchair, children's dining pieces, and indoor and outdoor games.

The primary suite centers around a seriously comfortable king bed, layered with plush feather-down bedding and plenty of sleeping pillows. The en suite adds a walk-in shower, double vanity, walk-in closet, and direct exterior access to one of the home’s two outdoor showers. The bunk room sits just down the hall from the primary suite, keeping the little ones close without putting them in the middle of the home’s busiest spaces. Two twin-over-twin bunks are dressed in the same plush bedding found throughout Aurea, while abundant natural light keeps the room bright, playful, and inviting. It’s an easy place for kids to disappear for games, TV, or a quick nap before the next round of beach-and-pool fun.

An additional full bathroom preserves the privacy of the primary suite while giving the rest of the family a convenient place to freshen up, get ready, or make a quick pit stop between outings.

Laundry is conveniently located on this floor, making the transition from beach and pool days back indoors seamless.
