Welcome to “Meant To Be”, our beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 ½ bath Watercolor home away from home that overlooks Dragonfly Park and is just a quick stroll to Dragonfly pool. Access to Watercolor amenities included.

Our spacious two-story home offers warm and comfortable accommodations for up to eleven. And, it’s perfectly situated so that you can explore the many shopping, dining and entertainment options located in Watercolor and Seaside. Parking for 2 cars only at house.

As you’ll see when you look through the photographs of this property the owners have done everything possible to make this the place where your family can create incredible beach memories. Inside and out.

Step inside and you’ll notice right away that “Meant To Be” is designed for families with an open living concept where the kitchen, dining area and living area all flow together. The kitchen is roomy and well equipped with GE Monogram appliances so that you can enjoy freshly prepared seaside delicacies. In fact, there’s plenty of room for the whole family to get involved in preparing your favorite beach meals. Off the kitchen is the laundry set up. A convenient spot to keep everything clean and fresh.

There’s a large dining table with room for six plus the granite kitchen island with extra seating. Off the dining area is a small office area where you can do a little work, answer a few emails or surf the web.

The large living room offers comfortable seating for seven as well as a 58” flat screen smart TV. The perfect spot to relax while the rest of the family is preparing dinner.
After dinner, or in the afternoon after a morning on the beach, you’ll want to enjoy the shaded screened in porch off the living area. The perfect spot to enjoy your latest beach novel. Or catch up on everyone’s activities. You’ll enjoy the porch swing. The perfect spot to unwind.

There’s a master suite on the first floor as well, with a large flat screen TV and private bath with tiled shower.

Head upstairs where you’ll find three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main master has a King bed, a large flat screen TV and a private balcony with comfortable seating. The main master bath has a glass enclosed tile shower. The second upstairs bedroom offers both a full and a twin bed as well as a flat screen TV and its own private bath with a shower. The third upstairs bedroom is a kid friendly bunk area. These bedrooms are connected by a comfortable seating area with a large flat screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa. There is a third bathroom with a tub off the hallway upstairs to scrub those little tikes.

This home includes a credit based on the duration of your stay for additional amenities offered by VayKGear such as bikes, paddleboards, games and chairs. You will receive a notification after you confirm your reservation with additional details.

The minimum acceptable ratio of occupants in our rental units is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every four (4) persons under the age of 25 occupying the rental property except during Spring Break. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every two (2) persons under the age of 25.
